Between Kayak and Enterprise, it needs to be more clear that renting an 8 seat or more vehicle needs a credit card. We were not even able to rent the vehicle because according to Enterprise, in order to rent an 8 seat suburban a credit card is needed. I was able to secure our rental online with debit card only no problems and it was stated to use the same card upon pick up as I did with booking. Unfortunately, this was not the case. If I can book with a debit card for an 8 seat or more than I should be able to pay with the same debit card, otherwise make it more clear when checking out or do not allow it. The first 4 numbers are different for a credit vs debit card so a computer can easily make the distinction upon online booking. This caused unnecessary frustration and unfortunately no vehicle rental from us as we do not own credit cards, we pay with cash or debit card. PLEASE, make this clear upon online booking or at the very least make it clear that a CREDIT card must be used when checking out a larger 8 seat vehicle; this was found only in the small print FAQ later.

Hertz rental agent was not wearing a mask even though he works inside the airport! Car rental process was quick, but I would not recommend them since they don’t follow masking requirements.

Dirty car inside, like totally dirty and mark no damages, but there was damages and it was hard to c them at night what was the pick up. I was lucky to find the damages on a rental parking lot and make the photos, otherwise they would ask me to pay for them. The supplier choice is apparently an EV even though I didn’t select the EV option. They require you to bring the car back charged. For a one day rental to the airport, that is not realistic. I was also charged for gas, which I had stopped near the airport and filled up. I eventually got a credit but the whole thing was a hassle and didn’t leave me feeling good about renting from Budget in the future.

Pick up process was ridiculous. I'm not exaggerating--standing outside (not in any type of building or cover) for 56 minutes while they tried to figure out rentals for myself and 7 other customers. Ended up just giving me a size up, was not cleaned well, didn't have record of what fuel level was at, and staff spoke all of 3 words to me. I saw the poor reviews at this location and figured, how bad can it be? Yes I got my vehicle and it worked fine, but the entire pick up and drop off experience was horrible and I do not plan to rent from this brand at this airport again.
