Great customer service. I had to change my car for a 4WD, contacted Sixt via email, got an answer immediately. When I arrived to the airport took the shuttle, arrived in no time, the driver was very helpful and nice, at the office Antonio assisted us, very professional gave us all the options. I returned the car a different city, same excellent service, they took us to our hotel at the airport. Will definitely book my next rental with Sixt. Simply excellent!Reviewed Jan 13 2025

The price was absolutely extortionate. I paid $750 for the rental in July, which was supposed to be fully paid, and when I arrived to pick up the car, I had all my insurance documents on hand, they charged me another €450, then after that, my choices were, pay €6000 deposit, which I never was made aware of and did not have, or lose the money I already paid, or pay another $1650. These were horrible options at 5am. The car that I thought was going to cost $750, actually cost me $2800. I will never rent a car through Kayak or Sixt again in my life. A disgraceful way to treat travellers coming to visit a country. Ruined my vacation and stripped me of all my spending money for my vacation.Reviewed Jan 6 2025
