Pros:The staff at the **Heraklion** sixt was incredibly helpful, particularly when we got a flat tire shortly after a record-breaking storm on Crete. They not only allowed us to swap out the car with the flat for another car of similar or superior make/model, but they also lobbied on our behalf for this.Cons:The Chania sixt was the polar opposite of Heraklion, when we attempted to swap out our car there. Thankfully, the Heraklion rep called the Chania rep and sorted it out for us. Thank you Heraklion Sixt!Reviewed Mar 12 2019
