Staff was fantastic at pick up and drop off. However, we prepaid through Kayak and our vehicle was not available. Our only choices were to go without a vehicle or pay double to upgrade. The last minute rental was a bit pricey to begin with, and the final cost was exorbitant.Reviewed Apr 24 2024

Once we learned the facility was about 1/3 mile from the Iceland airport and could not find a Sixt booth or their shuttle at the Iceland airport, we decided to walk to the facility in the rain & wind. Otherwise, the check in & check out process was ok and the vehicle served us well in our travels around Iceland.Reviewed Apr 23 2024

Cleanliness of car - it smelt of smoke/recreational drugs. Otherwise the vehicle was fantastic - good condition, fuel efficient and comfortable to drive. Drop of experience was fantastic. Pick up was great too. Terminal check-in experience was OK.Reviewed Apr 16 2024
