They cancelled my reservation and have not refunded my money. So I paid for a car a never got it!
Pros:Awesome car great price
Cons:No signs to where Sixt is located at Logan, I guess they are new? But I wasn't told and it took me a bit to find their location.
Ez pass cost out of this world

Cons:My credit card was not accepted so my trip I was supposed to go on with my children was canceled because I couldn’t get the rental .
Pros:They didnt have no car available. The car Ana said was available was a v90 volvo. So I agree on the car she comes and tell me there will be a $1000 deposit. Then Sami tells me either way the Mercedes i had rented would be a $500 deposit. So i ask questions about it. Sami starts to argue with me at the Boston Logan International.
Pros:The car was in great shape and it was a reasonable price for the week
Cons:The signage was not very clear for both pickup and drop off at the rental car center. The wiper blades I had were also old and needed to be replaced, I ran into a snowstorm on the way back and the visibility was terrible. I also felt like the receptionist on pickup was trying to oversell the add on features and could t really answer my questions.
Quoted a good price, then on pickup doubled the price !
Cons:Signage at the car rental area for pickup and drop off!
