Cons:I rented a Buick LaCrosse or similar. Ended up with a Hyundai SUV.... That's like renting a Ferrari and getting a Porshe SUV and saying its a SUV so it's an upgrade. Bait and Switch.
Despite my reservation, they didn’t have my car ready. I had to wait 2+ hours, and when they did finally get me a car it was a different class than what I booked and I was charged a higher price.
Waited in line for 3 hours before giving up and taking an Uber

Cons:I arrive at 11pm to pick up my rental only to find out it is closed? I call SIXT and they were short and borderline rude while informing me their Charlotte airport location was no longer in business. What? Then why was I given a confirmation code? "That is kayaks fault not ours." Was their response. Wow! I've used SIXT before in Las Vegas but never again after the headache, rudeness and additional cost they created for me.
Horrible rental company, waited for 3 hours to get my car and it was not what I asked for and the gas tank wasn't full when I got it.
Pros:Fast, excellent prie, convienent location, friendly staff, and we got upgraded to a Audi Q5 which was fantastic
The passenger side rear tire was low when I picked it up. It was showing up with a warning indicator. I had to fill it up twice during my rental and that was a bit nerve wracking when driving.
Pros:I liked that at an affordable price I got a Mercedes to drive around
SUV is old. Not much choices.
