Pros:Poor customer service experience during a world-wide pandemic...refusal to refund my cancelled travel plans.
Pros:Staff was friendly, but my car was given away because I did not pick up my car 1 hour after 12pm
Pros:The staff, convenience, location, the entire experience was exceptional.

Cons:Sixth rental location went out of business and never let me know. If I never called to confirm reservation I would have never known
Pros:There was no easy way to actually talk with anyone at SIXT on the phone. I was trying to modify my rental and it became a nightmare. I do not recommend to anyone to use the third party option of paying for the car in advance. Suck up the difference and pay when you pick up the car. That makes making changes SO much easier.
Cons:The drop-off was very easy and went very well, thankfully.
Pros:Everything in the subject line. The vehicle was well-maintained and clean. Check in was fast and friendly. Super easy and fast return. And there were no surprises upon receipt of the invoice - the total matched the on-line quote.
Cons:Not a thing.
Pros:They should've notified me that I had to be 25 before selecting car of my choice and paying the full amount. Only for the rental staff to tell me that because I am not 25, I won't be able to rent my car and there is no refund.
