Pros:Shuttle from the airport was good. Car was in good shape, but very cheap. No cruise control, all plastic interior.
Cons:Extremely pushy with insurance. After realizing that parking downtown was extortion (20+ for a day) and I could pay significantly less using Uber, I tried to return the car and get a refund. The woman I talked to at the counter didn't inform me that it was nonrefundable and told me I would be getting a refund. I had to decipher their receipt to determine that the only refund I was getting was part of the insurance (which I was pushed into). Ended up taking the car back and only using it for airport transportation and one trip downtown that was sort so I could use a parking meter. Awful. If you're in Indy and need to work downtown, don't get a car.
Pros:Very timely shuttle pick up and very easy rental.
Pros:My vehicle and the employees were very courteous. I was able to use my Bluetooth with the vehicle, so the vehicle worked well for me.
Cons:If I had to list something, it would probably be the location instead of being able to take the car directly to the airport. I had allocated enough time, but if I was in a hurry this could have been an issue.

Pros:The vehicle was Awesome. Great price and we actually were upgrade to a larger vehicle at no extra cost. And they didn’t even ask if we wanted to upgrade for a cost...they just gave us the free upgrade.
Cons:The details as to where to find the shuttle were not provided and you can’t reach a live person to ask basic questions. We finally found the wait location for the shuttle and caught the last shuttle available. The location of the rental car location is about ten minutes from the airport. But once we got there it was an awesome no hassle experience.
Pros:Car was decent.
Cons:Returned 12 hours late and they basically doubled the price. Paid $400 up front for a week, returned a few hours late and saw ADDITIONAL $326 penalty charged to credit card.

Cons:They were 16 miles off the airport, they required I have an Indiana drivers license only.
