Pros:short waiting time and good service. The staff wears a good smile and give professional recommendations. The car is very clean and in very good condition.
Cons:I did not use my AE credit card for a while and so when AE called me about there were 2 suspicious transactions in US$ and Japanese Yen, I am sure that somebody in this car rental transaction has taken my credit card info for some other purchases.

Cons:I thought we were renting from th airport, found out the location was downtown Munich. Barely made it there before they closed. Really Kayak's issue.

Pros:This was the first time I have used Sixt, but I will be using them in the future! The pickup and drop off were easy and we were charged exactly what we were promised. The car was upgraded at no charge and was GREAT! I highly recommend this company.

Pros:got a brand new car all the advantage of having a new car, like clean, sure the car won't have any issue everyone was nice at the sixt stand
Cons:asked for one car, got another one have paid with my friend card on the web site, and because she wasen't with me (landed the next day) I had to redo the booking and to pay (with my card this time), the insurance is really expensive
