We were upsold on a car we didn’t ask for without being clear on what exactly we were paying for.
Great price, quick pickup, easy drop-off.
Friendly and helpful service with almost no wait. The car was great and returning it was a breeze.
Pros:The staff member upon pick-up and drop-off was extremely helpful and kind. He took the time to make sure I knew all the features of the car and that I understood any differences from a typical car I might drive in the US. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Total scam artists. Steer clear!!! They don't inspect your car when you check it out and then try and slap you with all sorts of made up damages after you drop it off. This is by far the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a car rental agency. They commit fraud regularly, you will see other reviews complaining about the same thing. We had to file a dispute with our credit card company; it's been a huge headache. They will try and steal from you. Stay away. Beyond that, they have crappy cars with bad brakes and it took almost an hour to pick up our car because they wouldn't honor the online deal the person in front of us secured. Don't be fooled by lower prices online, it's a scam to lure you in before they completely rip you off. Do yourself a favor and go with any other rental company. We find Europecar to be transparent, reliable, and reasonably priced but whoever you chose, just do not chose SIXT!
