It was great . However i had to add a driver which cost me 33% extra based in the original price . Because of a credit card issue .

Sixt Customer Service lied to me.! I called to make sure that they provided shuttle from the Sonestan to the airport. It cost me $35 to take an Uber. The person at the counter said " well Customer service is in India. They don't know we don't have shuttle. Sixt only gsve me two off site drop off locations. How do I get reimbursed for my Uber cost?

They refused to help me because we landed late, and their employee sent me an email full of curse words and racial slurs. My attorney is already working on the case.

Easy quick pickup and drop off. Very helpfull person at drop off to reach our airline. Only negative might be the rental pickup area in MSP was quite dark, so a bit hard to see any existing conditions. Luckily the car was without any issues that were not previously noted.
