Cons:You sold me useless insurance that Budget did not recognize. I had to buy VERY expensive insurance at the counter. Still have not gotten money returned from that purchase Pickup was terrible because of rate changes and insurance. Counter agent did not tell me that traffic was going to be horrendous in Warsaw because it was August 1, and people were celebrating the Warsaw uprising in WWII. She did not tell me that there were more than 100,000 cars more than usual on the city streets, that Marszolowski was closed for marchers, that all sorts of sirens would go off and all traffic would stop at 5PM for 5 minutes and that everyone is supposed to get out of their car and stand. It was like watching an apocalypse film when you thought it was an ordinary drama. Took me 2.5 hours to make it to the hotel 1.5 km away. I notice the agent who rented to me scooted out of there early and in a hurry in order to try to get out of the traffic. Shame on her. The return at Krakow airport was confusing. Took me a bit to figure out where to park car, and then it took awhile to figure out where to return the key and paperwork.

Pros:Good customer service, car easy to find, clean, no problems. Took only few minutes to fill out paperwork and I was on my way. Very easy return. Nice people.
