Cons:The kayak rental and what was ordered were 2 very different cars. As soon as confirmation email arrived it was different and smallsr to car that was on the kayak confirmation screen. Immediately tried contact Kayak and they told me to call Sixt. Sixt charged EU200 for a cancellation made on order that was changed, despite seeing my confirmation screen showing BMW X3 and providing me with X1. Following this, picking up the car was then left to pay for apparently mandatory insurance (despite already explaining I had comprehensive travel insurance) and then I found out later that it wasn't compulsory at all. Initial quote of EU 470 ended up being EU 1300. Never again
We arrived at 1am and were charged 60 euro for off hours pick up, even though I put in our flight number and time of pick up. Also , the car had zero (0) gas and we had to look for a gas station at 1 am
