Cons:The organization. The car broke down and I lost 7 hours of the trip because of the team's bad organization in picking up the car and picking me up. I would like to have my money back.

Pros:Absolutely nothing.
Cons:They tried to claim that I had damaged the car. The original rental receipt clearly called out the existing damage and I fortunately had taken photos. Dealing with that almost made us miss out flight. Then they charged me $100 for fueling when I returned the care with more gas than when I rented it. This location is a borderline scam. Avoid at all costs.

We picked up a car in Marseille and dropped it off in Nice. At both locations the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We also got an unexpected upgrade and the whole process was very smooth. We will definitely use Sixt again next time we are in France.

The car was dirty, it has been rattling my whole trip so it’s very noisy and when I went an hour out of my way to try to exchange it they would not help me and told me to call the 800 number which was in French and didn’t recognize my booking code. Very frustrating. Will never use them again as I paid a lot of money and got a lesser car then was promised.

Cons:Dropping off the car was a problem. There was a line of people in the office in Marsailles and only one person at the counter. The line was for both picking up and dropping off and some people were in a hurry to get to their planes. Finally a customer came in and asked if he could just drop off his keys and the customer service person took them. Then the other four people who were patiently waiting in line to do this asked and she took our keys. No receipt. I had a question about a traffic ticket I got but didn't get to ask it.
