Pros: We enjoyed every part of our stay. The hotel was designed wonderfully and up to date. The indoor pool was heated and cozy. The staff was kind and helpful. And free cookies! Breakfast was great, comfy beds, and all amenities on point. This will be our go-to place when we visit Smithfield. No complaints at all.
Pros: (1) Room was clean and spacious . (2) Bathroom was clean. (3) Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Ceiling must have been made from cardboard as the apparent herd of buffalo above me stampeded through the later part of the night and long into the morning. The manager gave me $20 off the first night and I found another hotel for my second night stay.
Pros: Location and cleanliness. I searched the room when we got there and I did not find one thing that was not clean or nothing I was unhappy with . It was clean and perfect . My comment below is not a complaint , just an FYI and suggestion! :)
Cons: It was change of shift when I arrived after a 12 hr trip fromCT and no one was at the desk. I waited for about 8 minutes then said , excuse me, and someone came right away and apologized. It was ok. She was very polite. Maybe a bell on the counter ?
Pros: It was clean and the staff was professional and friebpndly.
Pros: Everything was as expected, warm, friendly atmosphere. Only thing I noticed it is time for new carpet. Don't get me wrong the room and carpet were clean, just need to replace the carpet.
Pros: Very amazing staff, good breakfast, convenient location for what I want to do.
Cons: Room was still a bit humid even with the AC running, wished they had a two queen option.
Pros: The most important characteristic of any hotel I stay at is cleanliness - this one net the expectation. Staff is very helpful, breakfast is adequate and price is on point.
Cons: For a one night stay, this hotel is absolutely fine.
Pros: Good price, good breakfast.
Cons: perfect stay
Was exactly as expected.
Pros: Easy on/off I-95. Liked having lots of plugs available for laptop, cell phone, etc.
We were just passing thru so it met all of our expectations and would definitely stay there again.
Pros: Convenient, clean and staff very helpful.
Cons: No complaints.

Cons: There was hair left in the shower and hanging from the blow dryer bag on the back of the bathroom door. I know they were not mine because I have short red hair and the hairs were one long blonde hair and one long dark hair. When you pulled the knob to start the shower it made this horrible squealing noise that you could hear through the entire room and shower. The floor of the shower was rather stained as well.
Pros: We were traveling from nyc to fla. This hotel is right off 95. The outlets are right next door along with some easy to het to restaurants. The indoor heated pool was small but clean and warm. The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast saved us a stop on the highway...coffee tea cereal and bagels when we left early the next morning. Overall. Great!
Cons: The common areas (including the elevator) smelled like cigarette smoke. The elevator always smelled liked someone had just been smoking in it.
The breakfast was pretty picked over by 8:30 even though it was open until 9:00.
Pros: Facility was clean and Staff was pleasant to deal with. It was convenient to interstate and road access. Restaurants within walking distance
Pros: The location and the cleanest
Pros: I asked the Desk clerk on duty what time was check out she told me 11am, but if I needed a little more time just tell me. No desk clerk has ever told me that, that I thought was so cool!! Lou P
Pros: Allowed early check in, friendly and helpful staffer at front desk. Quiet and clean. Refrig and microwave were pluses. Bed was very nice. Wifi wasn't blazing fast but plenty solid; very usable for remote desktop app.
Cons: A little worn but OK for a 2 - 3 star. This is one of many hotels that stretches the word 'suite' pretty far out there.
Pros: Very nice hotel. New hotel and liked the location. Good places to eat close by.
Cons: Several bugs in my rooms that I did not like, mentioned to front desk at check out. hope they correct. Decided to stay elsewhere for my visit next week
Pros: This hotel was extremely clean, had a lot of parking available and was located in a good central area.
Cons: The only issue I had during our stay at this hotel was due to the lack of decent customer service. Whoever the man was working the night shift was very rude and lacked even basic manners.
Pros: The location and staff
Cons: The musty/moldy smell and rundown condition
Cons: The pool we were told was not clean because someone forgot to order chemicals! Now it was 94 &. 4 kids wanted to swim & that's the best they. Hotel Employee come up with! EVERYONE we ran into was so pissed about this & yet NO ONE wou

Pros: It was better then I expected for the price I paid. Had a basic breakfast but did have a waffle machine.
Pros: Very clean, up to date TV, very near several restaurants.
Cons: This motel is clustered in a very small location where several other motels and restaurants and shopping businesses are crammed into a very small location. It is very confusing to find in the dark.
The beds, we found to be a little hard for our taste. The shower head was not the best that we have seen.
The continental breakfast was adequate but very small room to have it.

Cons: Nothing much
Cons: Nice flat screen TV but only had standard definition channels.
Cons: Syringe needle found on the floor
Pros: Great location
Cons: Pillows very flat
Pros: My stay at this Hotel was above what I expected. The price was Great! I will be returning in a couple of weeks to take my children.
Cons: I love this hotel I'm still amazed by the appearance and the large rooms that they have. This Hotel is very Family Friendly.I wish that they would upgrade all of them soon. So when I do go out of town for Business or Pleasure I would love to stay there.
Booked as we pumped fuel at nearby gas station. It was 11:30 pm. We were up and out by 9 next morning.
Pros: For our short stay the price was great. Location was easy to get too. Felt safe.
Cons: Being summer, we walked into room to find air off. It took some time for room to cool off. The towels were scratchy too.
Cons: The pool needed some attention. There was trash floating in the pool. The water level was low and the skimmers were not working, thus the cloudy appearance and particles visible. The pool was definitely 'dated' and needed to be re-caulked and painted.
Pros: The hotel clerk was very nice and helpful.
Cons: They forgot to put pillow cases on. We asked and the clerk brought them right to the room. The pool closes at 11pm, but doesn't open until 10am. So you don't have enough time to use it in the morning.
Pros: Location was close to I 95. Liked checking out the best!
Cons: Ice machine didn't work. Place is very old and is spartan in its decorating (that is putting it mildly). The tv was so outdated, I could find 20 just like it along the side of any highway.
Pros: Right off I95-Checked in rather late but the front desk staff was welcoming and even called the room to make sure we were satisfied with out accomondations.
Pros: The price
Cons: It really wasn't that clean and the first room we were placed in had not been cleaned at all, so we were moved to another room immediately
Pros: Clean room, friendly staff
Cons: Not much around, not much in the room but a fair value

Cons: Reservation was not gaurenteed. Arrived at hotel and no rooms were available after booking.
Pros: Got a great deal on the room rate, but it would be worth it at full price.
Hotel staff was on the casual side, but also extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room, while clean and comfortable, did not get quite cool enough for my preferences. The unit was on and blowing, tho. may have needed an air filter change?
Pros: Quick, located right of 95.
Pros: Pool was open til 9 which was great for night swimming!
