2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Not one thing.
Cons: Hotel was being remodeled and the pool was under construction. We were not informed about this. The A/C in the room was not able to maintain a consent temperature. The breakfast food was not very good. The restrooms did not have exhaust fans.
4.3 Okay
Pros: The staff was very friendly and courteous. The lady went out of her way to answer my children's requests.
Cons: Our room key constantly stopped working; causing our dinner to be spilled once and frequent inconvenience for all of my family. There were a group of drunk men outside who were following my daughter threatening to rape her and teasing my sons about them having sexual intercourse w my daughter. My children had to stay baracaded in the room for two days while they were there. (This was reported with no appeasement) the facilities were awful; paint and mortar and smells everywhere. I want a refund and possobly a gift card reimbursement for clothing ruined by BBQ sauce.

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nada. We had to go through all our stuff in the morning to be sure we weren't bringing bugs home with us.
Cons: Most important point is there's no interior bolt or safety lock on the door. Front desk guy was rudely insistent on me proving my car info because he didn't see where I'd parked. Once that was determined, he reiterated multiple times that pets and smoking were not allowed, even after I'd assured him that I didn't smoke and I had no pets with me. They're so cheap they reuse the paper pockets for the key cards. The guy had to erase the old room number to write mine, and he'd done the same with the previous guy who was checking in before me. If you're gonna do stuff like that, don't do it right in front of your customers. That was about the point I was having serious regrets, but I'd already paid. The room has no carpeting and there were roaches around the fridge and one on the nightstand the next morning. The AC unit was barely working and would just turn off randomly even after we turned the fan to ON instead of AUTO. The room never got sufficiently cooled even being set to max cool. The bedside lamps are super-bright and uncomfortable to have on. The reservation site said there was free Continental breakfast, but there is NOT. The parking lot is full of potholes. The sheets have holes and the beds feel like you're sleeping on a board. Slept horribly and woke with a backache. Super-cheap mismatched toiletries - shampoo comes in a little plastic ketchup-style packet. There's lots of wear to the property and obviously very little money being put back into it.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: For an older establishment the room was awesome! Clean and comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We stayed in bed til the last possible minute. Great nights sleep that I had been needing. Thank you!!
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Roaches in the room as we stepped in the front door.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Couldn't find it so didn't get any
Cons: Ants in the sink, 1/2 inch gap between door & floor that let in cold air, no access to local tv stations, fridge in room made awful noises in the middle of the night, lights flickered constantly.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent cleanliness, plenty of parking, safe location, professional staff, comfortable bed and bedding, plenty of hot water in the bathroom, very nice Pandan scent on the complimentary toiletries.
Cons: The office was closed at night, which is fine for safety. However, the office was still closed at 10:45am, which was disappointing because they had brochures for local attractions in the office which I could not access in order to plan my sightseeing.
6.3 Good
Pros: The shower was ok
Cons: Was looking forward to a good nights sleep, but that was not possible. Could hear activity and tv sounds from all sides of my room. All night long. If you must stay here, I recommend you get a 2nd floor room on the end.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Peace
Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was close to everything, including where my family stays.
Cons: The shower curtain had mold, there was a large water spot and hole in the ceiling, there was no where to hang a toiletry bag in the shower area and I felt a large need to Lysol the bed/bedding before touching the bed.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The owner check us in and was very nice and friendly, I said my wife was the boss, lol
Cons: The only thing, bed were a little to hard, woke up sore No pool, :(
6.8 Good
Pros: Room was nice. TV lineup very good for a motel.
Cons: Cameras all over. Made me feel uncomfortable
4.5 Okay
Cons: The room had a lot of bugs and the restroom had a smell of urine.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable, made the relaxation possible on this vacation day.
Cons: There was no phone in the room. There were no blinds on the window, just a transparent shade, which let a great deal of sunlight in in the morning.

Cons: I should have been made aware that it was under construction
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The front desk clerk was nice.
Cons: This property is undergoing renovations. Whole wings of the hallways are construction zones and the exterior is in shambles. They should not even be open. The hotel is not clean and not safe.
7.5 Good
Pros: The lady at the desk was very friendly and gave us one of the newly remodeled rooms, which was nice, clean and comfortable. We've always had pretty good experiences with Holiday Inn so putting up with some remodeling wasn't a huge deal to us.
Cons: They were in the middle of an extensive remodel, which we didn't know about when we booked the room, so we got a little concerned when we arrived to find it looking like they were closed. I called and the lady at the desk assured us they were open. The morning got a bit noisey not so much from the crews working, but from the people slamming the doors to their rooms and loud kids.
