I had been to Utah 25 times single. 80% Snowbird. The rest Canyons, Alta and Park City. The hotel is great for a family with children. Very accommodating and the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The ski school at Solitude was amazing!!! So well run compared to other places I have been. Had my 5 & 6 year old girls from Florida skiing by the end of the first day! We will back unless now that Deer Valley purchased Solitude if they turn it into a crowded place. Food was awful. My best meals were at the grill mid mountain.
Clean spacious rooms, linens were very nice. Staff was very friendly. Walking distance to shops. Nice lobby layout. Great included breakfast. Beautiful area- wish we cou.do have stayed longer.

Nice facilities, shuttle to town and skiing was easy. In midst of renovation. Able to get rollaway. Room small, no frig. Bathroom fan loud and didn't work.
I liked the location and ease of acess. The floors were dirty! They needed vacumng and the bathroom had hair all over the floor.
Check in and check out very easy and fast. Staff friendly, great breakfast with many options. Nice indoor pool area. Clean room comfortable beds and pillows. Our room had a sliding glass door that opened up to a nice grass area. I'd imagine this would be convenient for those who travel with pets. The location is very close to tanger outlets for some great shopping.
We had an amazing stay at the Landmark Inn. It was very clean, the breakfast was great and the shuttle bus drivers were amazing. Will definitely stay here the next time we are skiing Park City
Rooms and facilities were definitely up to par. I wouldn't say the staff was rude but overall they certainly didn't seem interested in providing further information on the surrounding area nor even offering a smile. On the weekend our neighbors were persistently very likely intoxicated loud from 2am to 4am. The staff / management did an overall unsatisfactory job of getting "party" to respect the quiet hours.
Location, nice pool, hot tub , ping pong area. Bring a tool kit. Awoken two nights to chirping smoke detectors, then again the next afternoon. Broken ceiling fan and light, loose toilet seat that wouldn't stay up, loose toilet handle, missing hair dryer, door incorrectly keyed at check in. Two requests for a manager call that went unresponsive.
I love the location nice hotel, just not very well run. It has so much potential though.

The staff was great Very hard to find the facilities in the hotel, the floor plan in the room wasn't great, the queen sleeper sofa took too much room, making very uncomfortable to walk around , the king bed was very noisy, the queen sleep sofa was very uncomfortable. The facilities were hard to find , the room was very far from everything , very inconvenient overall. Terrible experience

The only positive about this hotel is " location" which is right by cannyons ski resort. They also have a " skiers service" which works like a charm. This is not an acutal hotel, it is a time share run by a management company. It does not have the same services as a hotel, the staff is mostly not helpful even rude, the house keeping never on time, the rooms not well-kept. There is not a nice place with good options near by or in the resot to have a breakfast. It is overwhelming big, loud and overcrowded. It is dominated by families with kids, it has three pools , one noisier and more impersonal than the other. The check in is at 4.0 ( do not count on anything sooner) where as the check out is at 10 ( they have an attitude if you ask for a late check out , the latest is at 11.0 with lots of attitude). The housekeeping did not clean my room till 4.0 PM the first day, the main door was stuck and the engineering did not show up for half an hour and after ten phone calls. Worst of all , the last night the alarms went off seven times , starting at 11.0 PM, no one came to our floor to calm the situation, we kept calling the reception which of course was busy. The last alarm lasted more than 20 minutes. There was not even an apology the next day before I complained, and when i told them why no one even came up to our floor to calm the situation down, the answer was that for resort with more than 600 unites, there was only one security guard and one person at the front desk. Does any one out there thinks this is acceptable for a large resort ? I will never come back again. The manager promised to return my money for at least one night, for the night we could not even sleep , let alone shaken, as of now nothing. If you have extramoney to throw out and be disrespected and aggrevated and not even get a proper sleep, you have to choose this resort. Of course , the next day, those of us who were paying customer were very upset ( not the time share people). In any other industruy, with this degree of misservice, we would have been at least compensated for our loss. Not even a sincere apology , not even a coupon for a coffee. There was no acknowledgment of the disturbing night the " Elk Lodge side" had the next day, one of the front desk people was even rude to me before he referred me to " justin " the manager. I was very unhappy staying there, spending a lot of money for being aggrevated. Could not ski or function the next day after that, after waking up over and over again by the alarms, no energy was left in me to be productive the next day. Just complained to the manager ( no result as of now) and get out of there.

The amenities in the room were amazing. Small kitchenette, plenty of dishes. The steam shower was incredible.
bed was comfortable room was not ready until 2 and a half hours AFTER checkin time Staff wanted to sell me a time share and made me sit through a 10 minute shpeil when I wanted to go to my room after being delayed over two hours because my room wasn't ready when I arrived after a long journey. Staff was more interested in selling amenities and time shares than my comfort and enjoyment. Place was way too big and there were families with small children running around mixed in with adult couples like we are. Parking lot is a long walk from the rooms in the building we were in. place was under construction but we were not informed until we arrived for a pre-paid room.
The Hotel should provide drinking water to its guests at each room.
It was a wonderful experience! The staff was so friendly and even brought up a birthday treat for my friend. The hotel was very nice andthe bed was so comfortable! I'd definitely stay there again!

We were never given the opportunity to like anything at the hotel. Hotel staff called and noted that they were overbooked at 4 PM on the night we got into town during the Christmas holidays and informed us that all 12 of us had to go find other accommodation. I didn't like the fact that we were told at the last minute to go find other rooms and that the hotel was overbooked. At 5 PM at night trying to find rooms for 12 people during the Christmas holidays is near impossible at Park city Utah.

There were some staff that tried to help us, but clearly their hands were tied. Marriott reservations mixed up my request for Hotel Park City with Park City Marriott. We were less than impressed with Park City Marriott. No free Internet in the rooms, shuttle driver was rude, we had to argue with staff to get the room configuration we requested when we originally booked with Hotel Park City. We ended up moving hotels after two nights. Overall, it was a less than desirable experience.
Typically, I don't undertake surveys on hotels, restaurants or entertainment so take these comments as a true endoresment. However, the stay that my wife and I experienced at the Park City Marriott was fantastic. The staff greeted us at the door to the lobby and asked us how they could help immediately upon my arrival. The pool and spa facilities were covered which offered us an opportunity to stay comfortable while getting in and out of the hot tub for recovery from a hard day of skiing. All in all, the stay was very rewarding and we will be looking at returning on our next visit to Park City. - Pool, Hot tub and Fitness Facilities - Location - Friendly and Helpful Staff - Comfortable lounge and multi media section - Underground Parking - Steam room wasn't warm enough

My wife and I were upgraded to a 1 bedroom condo. It was a getaway from the kids and was perfect. It was a very romantic stay, but big enough for a family to stay.
Our one bedroom condo was perfect for a few days skiing. The location was great - across a parking lot from the lift. The condo had a full kitchen, large living room, 2 full bathrooms, and a large king bedroom. There was also a sun room with bunk beds and a trundle. This gave us plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Much better than being confined to a one room hotel room. There is also complimentary underground parking and Internet. Although not as luxurious as some other resorts, I far prefer extra room and not being nickel and dimed at every step. You could also buy discount lift tickets at the front desk. I think that some of the larger condos would be perfect for families. We used the fireplace and ensured that the flue was open but it still smoked up the condo and set off the Fire alarm. We figured that there must be a blockage in the chimney up higher. We called the front desk and someone came but the fireplace was never fixed and everything smelled a little smokey after that.
Loved the pool, the huge room, the ski-cabin comfort, location! Needs a little bit of updating. Bummed the hot tub was out of order.
On checking in and without asking for it, the staff upgraded our room from a Studio to a wonderful 1 bedroom and we were pleasantly surprised. The grocery delivery was in our room and was super convenient not having to go to the grocery and take our precious time away from the slopes. Wonderful facilities for our ski trip, with the pool and spa on the same 3rd floor level which made it super accessible to use after a long day of skiing Park City and The Canyons.
The kitchen was nice with full size appliances. Jetted tub was good. Fireplace was a nice touch but we didn't bring our own fire log so we didn't use it. Carpet was dirty. The bedding was old and the 2 bed pillows were small and lumpy. The toilet would barely flush. Internet coverage was not great. The room had fresh towels on our second day and they emptied the trash but nothing else was cleaned. The pool and hot tub were full of unattended kids so we didn't use them.
The pool area was fun for the kids. There was an open container of chewing tobacco left on the nightstand. Not so pleased since I had teenagers and young children with me.

I have been her before and love the location. The AC had been out for 2 weeks prior to my booking. I was not informed of this large inconvenience until day of arrival. "Randy@ told me it would 49 degrees at night and no problem. Randy was very very wrong. No upgrade was offer. Had to call kayak about the issue and it was to late to find a solution of equal value. I was compensated $25. Definitely need the AC
Very large room. Large jetted bath tub. Full kitchen with mostly new appliances. Room was very dark, the windows faced in towards the building. Very little natural light and the lights in the room were not very bright. The blanket and decorative pillows on the bed were old and smelled badly. Vending machines didn't take $5 bills, when I asked the front desk for change they were rude and said no. Front desk was not open a lot during my stay.
Wonderful spacious room! It felt like I was in an apartment but much much nicer! Absolutely loved the decor, all the wood and rustic look and feel. Love the underground parking with a garage door. I felt safe! The male front desk employee was fantastic, very pleasant and friendly! TV/movie selection not that great. Just had HBO. Room had a DVD player but no option of movies to rent/borrow.
Not exorbitant and close to ski mountain. Convenient parking. The staff was not particularly accommodating. Our bed was so uncomfortable I slept on the couch.
Welcoming home feel to room, with defined living area, bedroom. Whirlpool bathtub fantastic. Off season repairs being made should be disclosed, no air conditioning, would be nice to have a general guide to where amenities are in hotel and map of surrounding area with near by attractions, also no extra linens such as blankets available in room, pull out bed only had sheet, minor issues that can be easily remedied
The staff was very polite. The hotel was beautiful. It was a very comfortable stay. My only complaint would be the price of the food at the hotel. It was VERY expensive.
Chose the St. Regis for our anniversary and everything was top notch. From our Butler Tom, to the dining and atmosphere - if you are looking for an exceptional experience, the St. Regis is a good bet.
Shumba at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. All the staff was responsive to my needs and very professional. I was so impressed with the new renovations. I had stayed there 2 years ago and it was run down and dated. Now, it looks like a brand new hotel. It was excellent value for the money. The only negative was my ice tongs in my room were covered in something gross and very dirty. I alerted the front desk and they were super responsive, apologetic and made it right.
Our bed was comfortable, our room looked great (shower was amazing!) and the facilities are definitely getting a facelift. Overall, if the Yarrow continues to be a good deal, I'll stay there... if something else is cheaper and still in the heart of PC, I'll probably look elsewhere. However, they are still using those stupid wall heater/AC systems and ours was on the fritz, so when we returned from dinner (in Feb) our room was about 50 degrees and we had to wait until some guy came to fix it. His fix was to just disable the automated system and make us manually adjust the fan to HOT... so, not really the service we were expecting and a bit frustrating. Additionally, they had only one person checking people in and that person was having a full on chat session with the guest ahead of me, so I waited for a long time before anyone helped and they were very abrupt like I interrupted them when I wanted to check in....
No only we got an amazing room with ability to walk outside. Parking was good. Albertsons close by and ohhh the cookies!!! Gained weight with those cookies.

I reserved a room with a king size bed. When we got to our room it was two doubles. I went back to the front desk to get fix it and was told there were no other king rooms available. I wasn't happy and was making that clear to the worker. The manager over heard the conversation and intervened. She upgraded us to a king suite. I thought her customer service was great. I found out that booking a hotel room through third parties doesn't guarantee you the type of room you get despite what you think you're booking

I was attending Sundance and was terrified as I am older and have a prosthetic leg. Ice and Snow are not my friend. I was greeted and treated like royalty. The staff offered to walk with me to and from the room so I had a stable shoulder, they gave me extra waters for the altitude, and generally were there to make sure my stay was peaceful. They even approved a very late checkout on the final day as they knew my event was late in the day. All this during the crazy Sundance festival! Only thing was the heating in the room had not been reconnected to the wall thermostat. Once they showed me how to control it manually it was just a nuisance and they comp'd me a full breakfast to make up for it.
The bed was extremely comfortable . Was worried based on prior reviews. However , I have stayed all over the world and I can tell you this place is nothing like prior reviews. Staff was excellent. Food was excellent. Room very nice. It's not the Ritz but for these prices it's a steal. Nothing

Two bedroom suite was very spacious. Recent renovations show commitment to maintaining the property. Wide variety of activities were available on and off site throughout every day. Some furnishings from the most recent renovation are not very practical (20+ lbs metal dining room chairs, white couch in main seating area already showing wear, very noisy casters under the ottoman). Activities schedule is only available on paper upon arrival. Making these available online (via Facebook page, for example) would allow guests to incorporate resort activities into their schedules more easily. Activity room (The Mine) was not always unlocked during scheduled open times.
We love the Hyatt in the Canyons! The rooms are beautiful the views and grounds are beautiful as well. We have never had a bad experience with the staff. They have always been super sweet! The only thing that was frustrating with the experience, was booking. Every time we called we were given a difference price. The price increased $--- within 5 minutes. I don't understand what that is all about, but we were not happy about that.
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and cozy, comfortable rooms I didn't want to park valet, and the front desk girl was a little pushy. Other than that, perfect stay.
Location The profile on your website indicated that the deluxe queen room had a sofa and the hotel does not offer this as an option. We booked this room so our group would have somewhere to meet and play cards and games - were not able to do this.
Great location. Nice room, very happy there was a fridge and microwave. Was rather frustrated at the lack of control over the thermostat. It was locked and I was unable to adjust the temperature at all. Was pretty annoyed that I could not decide my own room temperature.
Relaxing and quality accommodations. In-house restaurant food options were fantastic. Looking forward to our return visit.

The Hyatt Centric in Park City was the perfect get-away! It was luxurious, comfortable and the staff was amazing. Best of all the room was emaculate and clean to the highest of standards. I give it five stars!

This was a huge, amazing room -- almost a house with luxury finishes everywhere. The location was a little remote from downtown Park City.
Very clean with a great location and views. The pool and hot tub was nice. The walls here are paper thin. We asked to be moved from the first room due to excessive noise and were actually downgraded to a smaller room with the same problem. Also, we left for dinner and came back to a full garage. Very disappointing for the price.
WE had a blast the pool, work out facility , cafÃ© were all exceptional . The room was beautiful and comfortable. There was a bonus concert outside the hotel the night we stayed.

Beautiful facility, nice pool/spa, friendly staff, cannot beat ski in and ski out. Enjoyed our stay very much. Room was spacious, warm, crisp clean linens, nice bath amenities. Not a good variety of affordable/quality food options in the Canyons area, but that is no fault of Grand Summit
Awesome place to stay with the family. Great staff and facilities. Ski to/from the door of the lodge. Great location in Canyons Village For some reason they don't leave extra toilet paper in the bathrooms. This small oversight is the only negative and would be SO easy to fix.
Good location in Park City. Room was clean with wifi. Room too light--blinds instead of drapes and lights from outside hotel glow in the room all night long. Bed not very comfortable. Also, the rooms HVAC seemed off with it getting very hot in the middle of the night and the system constantly turning on and off every few minutes. Hard to sleep with these issues so probably won't stay again.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The facility is top notch. Stayed for one night in August and wished we had more time. Snores in the evening next to the pool! It is a short drive to Park City. The hotel is at the base of the Canyons.
Location and room size was nice. Service at checkin lost our reservation (I had it on my phone) but they did upgrade the room. Could not get housekeeping to come help with the sofa bed even after three tries. Could not get management to come to the phone or call us back. Overall it appears the Waldorf brand has gone seriously downhill making this hotel overpriced a great deal. Rooms where dated in appearance too. Avoid hotels like this that are more interested in selling timeshares than basic services.

Great value! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and yummy breakfast! The sports bar was nice and the bartender was friendly and provided great service. The shower would switch from really hot to cold, and the shower head could be upgraded.

Very clean room and facilities. Pool was nice and also the hot tubs! I live looking up at the stars in a hot tub. Bed was really soft and sagged quite a bit while sleeping. Could use updating on the shower head. Also if the sauna worked it would of helped my rating.
The staff were great and overall the service was exceptional. The hotel is currently being remodeled and this leaves some things "rough around the edges". The hotel will likely be great in the future; however, there were some inconveniences related to the construction.

The hotel staff was really nice and let me know about the underground parking available which was great for the safety of my gear from traveling across country.The hotel room was nice and clean , and quite comfortable. Nothing too luxurious, but really weLP done for the price in Park City. I would certainly stay here again. Nothing.
those who worked the front desk were all very kind and helpful. The breakfast bar was pretty good, though more fresh fruit would have been good. the soap/toiletries were really nice. lumpy floor and carpet, no screens on door to porch, making it difficult to keep the a.c. off and just have the window open. The road out front is noisy and the wall unit for a.c. is loud and hard to control.
Parking, cleanliness, staff and amenities. Nothing major but we didn't have trash liners, pool was pretty dirty with a lot of dead bugs and we didn't have the robes in the room as advertised. Again nothing to keep us from coming back but could have been a little better. For the price and location it is hard to be critical. If you have a family and a budget but you expect cleanliness this is the place.
Beds are comfy, rooms are clean. Big hot tub. Nice sauna. Decor is dated, overall the hotel has a cheap feel. Breakfast was marginal (powdered eggs, but good waffles).
This hotel is till in a great location and has a ton of potential. My stays in the past have been great. The fresh remodel looks like it's going to be great, the pool/spa area are already done and are beautiful. First, they are doing renovations. I knew this going in, no problem. But they are actively remodeling rooms, and doing the work at night. For my first two nights, the crews were thumping around in the room above mine until about 11pm. Not too late, but I was skiing early in the morning, so it kinda sucked. Then, on my final night there, I was awakened by a LOUD party hitting the room next door. Blasting hip-hop music, yelling, etc. Ok, typical of a ski town and the hotel staff handled it quickly, but here's the problem. . .from the sounds of the extremely loud conversations, which were easy to hear, at least one or more of the partyers was a hotel employee. She knew exactly which rooms were available on which floors. I really don't think it's smart business to let your employees use vacant rooms to party in, it doesn't make your paying guests very happy!
The two bedroom suite was spacious and a great price. Jordan at the front desk was very helpful over the phone with my check in requests. There's nothing special about the pool.
