Pros: The homemade breakfast was fantastic, with different fruit served every day. Liz and Doug couldn’t do more to help Us to enjoy our holiday
Cons: Nothing everything exceeded our expectations
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location for exploring Bristol and Rhode Island. Delicious cookies, scrumptious breakfast, wonderful friendly hosts, lovely house, bright and cheerful room, comfortable bed and pillows.
Cons: I live in a restored antique colonial home (my second) so I look at details; quality workmanship on trim, no chipping of paint, loose caulk, cheap materials. The home is so lovely - we loved the kitchen and eating area! I think any size less than a king sized for beds is unacceptable (though we did and suffered a bit) for a couple so I’d increase bed size. Our bathroom sink was slanted a bit because of breaking caulk holding it to the wall so our soap and bottles slipped constantly. I just saw little details that I would crisp up for my guests in a restored home that is as pretty as this. The bed and pillows were comfortable though - we just have a tough time in any smaller. Would I recommend this inn? Yes! Comfort, General colonial antique ambience where only modern, cheaper materials lessen the glory. The food, cookies, water pressure, hot water, internet, hosts - all excellent!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent, avmccomodating hosts
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hospitality and inviting
Cons: Breakfast could have started before 8:30
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Liz and Doug have a great place and did a great job making us feel at home. I've stayed at numerous B&B's and this rates near the top. The breakfast was a real treat , excellent homemade breakfast. The mattress and sheets were better than I have at home, I was going to ask Liz about purchasing for my own home but I forgot to. I'll definitely go back !!
Cons: We were real satisfied with our stay and there's not much I could complain about.
8.5 Excellent

Pros: Breakfast was great
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great and we really liked the hosts. They were very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Also the inn has a great location--very centrally located but also very quiet at night.
Cons: The house is old which adds a lot of charm to the experience but I think it's time to do some minor repairs (room door, toilet) and perhaps upgrade the mattresses.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The house itself was very cool and the hospitality was great. Leilani got extra strawberries when she found out that's my son's favorite fruit and she made him pumpkin mini muffins special which he took to camp with him. The dogs were nice to have around especially since we missed our 3 dogs.
Cons: The A/C controlled both rooms. It was perfect the first few nights as we were the only ones there and kept the windows open but the guests that were there the final 2 nights liked it rather cold and I didn't bother saying anything.

Pros: The view and tranquility of the place
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the facility, grounds, views and amenities. The proprietors, Christina and Gunter, were welcoming and friendly. We were in town for a wedding and our vehicle suddenly needed service. The owner Christina provided a local service number. When that didn't pan out she gave us 3numbers near Hyannis (our next destination). The morning breakfast was on an outdoor patio with beautifully decorated table tops(different each morning). The chef made wonderful selections (again-different each morning) and checked on every table. Because it was originally a home converted to a hotel there are less people, so it's quiet and guests receive more attention. This was truly the most elegant place we've ever stayed at and we would highly recommend it.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Jeanine and Ken are wonderful hosts: Super kind, great with kids (as we had our 4 1/2 yr old grandson with us), excellent service: a different breakfast each of the three days we stayed there, great attention to detail - our 2 rooms were spotless, daily maid service and a lovely house. Among the many added value aspects were: a huge set of lego toys (perfect for our grandson), extensive local information, a feeling of being at home while away, and the warm, inclusive hospitality of Jeanine and Ken. The locale is easy to find: central and rich in history, a cranberry bog alongside the property and very comfortable beds. What's not to love?
Cons: Nothing, other than it isn't 100 miles away from me in Northern California! This is a totally complete lodge.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lots of interesting decor.
Cons: Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Innkeepers, Jeannine and Ken were so friendly. After a delicious breakfast made to order, Jeannine arranged a special private cranberry harvest visit for us. One night was simply not enough. The location is stunning and the hosts evening more beautiful!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our first night in Mass ever, we arrived at Cranberry Pond at suppertime and were given directions to an Italian restaurant nearby where the pasta is made fresh daily (it was wonderful). When we arrived back at Cranberry Pond we were offered a piece of fresh cranberry apple pie made with apples from the tree outside (yummy!). The bed was very comfortable. There was a small library of books. We had our own Keurig in the room. The breakfast was fantastic: two kinds of quiche, fresh fruit and the best oatmeal (oatmeal great?) with nuts, dried cranberries, apples, wheat germ. My husband and I loved this place and recommend it highly.

1.0 Poor
Cons: only one bed, and it is a smaller double bed. Not clean and very noisy all nights. People living there are not polite. Terrible experience!
5.0 Okay
Cons: Breakfast
7.0 Good
Pros: A very good selection of foods for breakfast. A little difficult to locate hotel in the back of shopping strip.
Cons: I've stayed there before and the suite was 2 separate walled rooms with 2 TV's. The remodel took the wall down and now only 1 TV. Also there are NO luggage racks anymore. Had to put luggage on chairs and other furniture and floor. Not good for your back.
4.3 Okay
Pros: The staff were very friendly.
Cons: The room was not worth the money I was charged. The 'whirlpool' bath which made the room cost $100 more per day was broken and dirty, the pool was out of order and the fitness center was so small it can only fit one person. There was an outside patio but it was bolted closed. I am very disappointed with the inaccurate description of this hotel. I will follow procedures to get a refund for the amenities that were not available. (bath, pool)
5.0 Okay
Pros: the set up
Cons: you could here the kids upstairs running around
9.5 Excellent
Cons: I see 3 charges on my credit card pending. One for $250.00, one for $226.75, which is the right price, and one for 0. This doesn't usually happen. I'm hoping the $250 goes away.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pretty much everything. Kathleen is a great host and made us feel very much at home. The most comfortable night's sleep on our holiday
Cons: Nothing to fault
6.3 Good
Pros: Kathleen was a very friendly hostess. The room was very clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower was new and impressive.
Cons: The room was much too small, only enough space for two very small round tables to serve as nightstands, inconvenient for glasses, watch, alarm, water. No room at foot of bed, had to sidle between foot of bed and knee wall. Only one small window in room mostly taken up by window airconditioner. Better when bathroom door open, 2 nice unobstructed windows in bath, claustrophobic in bedroom when door .closed. No vanity or other place for makeup etc in front or near sink and only mirror. One small uncomfortable kitchen type chair only chair in room. Add that one of two long walls was a low knee wall and you are courting claustrophobia. There were no choices for breakfast!! Enjoyed b’fast #1- eggs and bacon, but not heavy granola pancakes and large spicy sausage for #2 No fruit, muffins or any extras on the table. We did pass a lovely large living room with comfortable looking furniture and a fire place on our way up to the attic, but it was not pointed out as a place for guests to use or spoken invitingly about by Kathleen so we didn’t attempt to use. Kathleen did kindly forward a forgotten electric razor. Kathleen’s chatty personality was great but didn’t make up for the elements we’ve come to expect from our many prior bed and breakfast experiences.

Pros: The staff was extremely pleasant and made it so we would want to return.
Cons: My only compliant was the paint was chipped on two of the walls in the hotel room. Which at first glance made it seem less than well kept. However it was a clean room. And it served our purpose for such a short stay.

6.8 Good
Pros: Breakfast was included & was good. We liked the location & the use of a guest laundry was a bonus. Check in was friendly

Pros: Perfect location, free parking, comfortable beds
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I loved the view of the harbor! The bed was very comfortable. Room was cozy.
Cons: The eggs at breakfast were not real....this was upsetting. Real eggs are inexpensive and better tasting. Please use real eggs because imitation is not appetizing and take away from the rest of the meal. Also maybe consider starting breakfast an hour earlier. We had to leave very early in order to make our destination at a reasonable time and there wasn't any breakfast. Just a suggestion for us early starters.
6.0 Good
Pros: Noise in the h0tel kept me up at night. HS students screaming and practicing some sort of hs play or something.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All very relaxing

4.5 Okay
Pros: Close to highway
Cons: Room was not as I expected based on price: 1. Bathroom ventilation did not work 2. Two smoke detectors - one by bathroom/entrance working order; one over bed not working. Perhaps ok if one works. 3. Restaurant - breakfast buffet area - disgusting, dirty, sticky floor 4. Smell of marijuana in the middle of night awakened us - came in under door and smelled as strong as if in our room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good - would like more options like pancakes to order. The front desk person who checked me in was the happiest person I have ever met, a compete JOY to interact with. Also, the manager/hostess of the breakfast buffet was extremely nice and professional. The day I had breakfast I witnessed several nasty people who gave her a really hard time, over circumstances beyond her control (housekeeping left no coffee in their room and they had to come down for it) another group of guests 1 in their party- complained he sat in syrup on one of the seats - REALLY - Look before you sit, it had nothing to do with her - my guess a child sat there before him and dropped a piece of waffle with syrup -it's not the hostess's fault! Their reaction to both minor events was just plain NASTY & uncalled for behavior aimed at the hostess- she handled both situations with extreme patience and professionalism - if it were me with what I had witnessed, I am not so sure I could have done the same.
Cons: check in time too late - when trying to attend a concert - (location is 5 minutes from Xfinity) would like to see an earlier check in time as a standard.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My daughter and I were very pleased with our room and the staff members were all very pleasant and accommodating. the location was very easy to find and in spite of the proximity to the highway very quite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean safe and perfect for what I needed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very close to Wheaton College where I had meetings to attend. It is also near food/stores.
Cons: NO!! I will definitely stay here again! It was perfect for what I needed and within budget.
6.3 Good
Cons: Stench of cigarette smoke coming off of the elevator and hallway on the 6th floor. Room door opens into the bathroom door, shower steps way down to the bathroom floor, curved floor lip in front of the ice machine, breakfast not included
7.5 Good
Pros: N/A
Cons: Should not be so much for one night
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s close to xfinity center
Cons: Bar closes to early
7.5 Good
Pros: Swimmimg pool, hot tub, breakfast
Cons: Everthing was good except room dint have a microwave oven as advertized when selecting a room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: clean, nice staff
Cons: pool closed at 10, and .....the hotel was full of folks, like us, who had been to the Stones concert on a hot, hot night. They could have left it open.....they knew what was going on......they knew how many guests would have loved a swim to cool off
6.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Sat down for breakfast and table was sticky, and my wife got keys up all over her arms from the table. Creamer was sour. Breakfast was less than avg, but price was that of a high end place. Room had stains in carpet, very weathered! Price was crazy high!!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Georgia is great and all of the staff. Lisa was sensational... a must stay. We loved the group fitness classes, playroom and easy check in and out.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: easy to get to , plenty of parking, convenient to our final destination, accommodating staff, allowed early check in.
Cons: the hotel receipt had no dollar itemization
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were clean and spacious. There was a fitness center available. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Cons: There wasn't a hairdryer automatically available, as there is in every other hotel we've been at. We had to request one at the front desk.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean.
Cons: No fruits available for breakfast
6.8 Good
Pros: The room was clear and clean
Cons: Mattress has a kind of liner which makes some noise when you move There is no kitchenware No luggage racks Wifi is slow Just one chair. Room is for 2... Breakfast is not really a breakfast.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff were excellent. Room was large.
Cons: Did have as many amenities as normal hotel room (e.g. no hair conditioner).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel as been recently renovated and is very clean. The set up of the wall unit and work area in the room I was in was among the best I have ever encountered.
Cons: There is no coffee, hairdryer, or dishes in the room. While coffee is available in the ‘grab and go’ area, it is awful with no fresh cream or milk— and who wants to have to get dressed and go downstairs for coffee that bad? Similarly, when I stay at a property that bills itself as “extended stay”— I don’t expect to have to call the front desk in the morning and ask them to bring me a hairdryer. The ‘grab and go’ area is the weakest I have seen at any of “extended stay” places I have been— if you have been to others be prepared for less than you typically get here. Likewise, there was no bottle of water, free package of microwave popcorn etc. in the room— e.g. none of the small gracious touches that I had come to associate with this brand. They seem to be extremely worried about theft— and perhaps that is an unusually big problem here, but it is off-putting as a guest and unusual for these types of properties.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was wonderful. Good location because it was near restaurants, grocery stores and other stores. Additionally, the staff, Nelly was wonderful providing me recommendations for both restaurants and the grocery store. She also provided me with the late check out option. I'd stay at this location again, as well as, recommend it.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: dog hair on the blanket
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Newly remodeled
Cons: Everything was perfect
5.8 Okay
Pros: Property was clean, room had essential appliances, and dogs were allowed to stay in certain rooms with $25 fee per pet per night.
Cons: Staff was rude and short with us, bed was very uncomfortable and small, television service was intermittent, and floor was cheap uncomfortable material reminding us and our dogs of pet hospital. We were also promised a first floor room that was not available, this was really rough for us as we have an old dog who can’t climb stairs and two that are afraid of elevators. This was a place to be for the night. No one slept or enjoyed the stay. Luckily we were able to checkout a day early. The night staff had told us that was not possible when using booking.com but the manager did help us get out early.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location .clean
Cons: Front desk when i checked in
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the price
Cons: you must ask for every single thing and no coffee after 930am

8.2 Excellent
Pros: Exceptionally warm (but not ingratiating) staff. Although I didn't use them, there's a decent pool and fitness center. My room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: At the free breakfast, eggs were runny and home fries were hard and overcooked. You get what you pay for, I guess. Although the room was comfortable, it and the bathroom could use some updating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Great location.
Cons: Workout room needs updated equipment.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay was absolutely very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was a big variety of food to choose from ! I will tell everyone that if they are traveling to the area of Seekonk MA and need to stay in a hotel choose the Best Western !
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Horrible
7.0 Good
Pros: Value hotel within 5 miles of downtown Providence.
Cons: Drab location near malls of big box stores.
6.8 Good
Pros: I was visiting my closest friend after the loss of her father. The BW Seekonk was conveniently located to Barrington, Warren, and Bristol Rhode Island, as well as the neighboring Massachusetts towns. It was the nearest available hotel to where I needed to be. Staff (primarily the front desk clerk) was very friendly and helpful. As some reviews noted, the bed was up on risers, which was odd, but I'm only 5'4", and I had no problem sitting on the edge of the bed. It probably gave the room a cleaner look.
Cons: The price I paid for this hotel was ridiculous given the property. There was apparently a soccer tournament in Barrington, RI, and I think that made the rooms fill up quickly, and raised the price. This was not a two hundred and twenty dollar a night hotel, but, like I said, it was the location I needed, and in this instance, I was glad to pay it to be near my friend. The carpet, while somewhat recent, looked horribly '70s at a distance. I never go barefoot while in hotels in general, so this was purely a cosmetic thing for me. Also, the pool was located very close to the elevator, resulting in wet floor near and in the elevator, which could be a slip hazard.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay.
Cons: Nothing.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location fit our requirements. Breakfast at Best Western is always excellent in our experience; this one was excllent in this as well.
Cons: The hotel was very adequate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was amazing and the staff that worked the breakfast were amazing
Cons: nothing i didn't like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful, friendly staff. Spectacularly comfortable bed. Great towels. Lovely breakfast. And that was after coming back from a suite on a cruise shi!
Cons: Door of room could have been more soundproof. Maybe sign in hall asking people to be quiet?
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Quick check in, comfortable bed, spacious, nicely appointed room.
