10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love the fact that my grand babies could come and visit with me and go swimming and have breakfast and appetizers and they had special coloring books for them as well and puzzles
Cons: The pool area was a little crowded on the weekend so we didn’t get a chance to go
9.3 Excellent
Pros: They made an effort to make everything comfortable and make it a home away from home.
Cons: Even though restaurants, grocery shopping and entertainment is fairly close by, the hotel is relatively isolated by Bingham highway and remote. That may change as it's a new hotel in a developing area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Newer, neat and clean! Loved the King Suite. Staff was great!!! Enjoyed the spa in the evening.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is clean and the service is great.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was excellent! Front desk staff was delightful.
Cons: The breakfast however fell pretty short. We went down at 9 a.m. and there was only half the options and the kitchen staff was already cleaning up breakfast, even though there was still an hour left for breakfast and many more guests came down after us.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: very comfortable beds and pillows, big room.
Cons: AC is working not very well and loud.

Overview Reviews
Four story U shaped building that surrounds a year around outdoor heated pool, hot tub and BBQ area. The main floor offers a lobby with commanding mountain views, private meeting rooms and prefunction space as well as breakfast, HBAR and fitness room. The hotel is conveniently located 20 minutes from SLC airport and downtown SLC. Utah's best skiing is a short 20 minute drive up the mountain
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. NO PROBLEMS.
Cons: The H Bar Dinner Food is another story. I had the WORSE American Cheeseburger with Bacon for $17.59. No Cheese at all, two very SMALL pieces of bacon (1" each), and the burger was very done (like burnt). Also received the wrong chips. Very poor experience with the dinner for $17.59, had NO other meals at the dinner.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent!! Omlet station, french toast, varied meats, oatmeal, eggs, fruit, potatoes. I'm gluten free and was definitely accommodating! Pool was nice and warm! Facility was very clean and rooms were well laid out with good beds!! I'm pretty picky and I really like my stay for the few days!!
Cons: Not much I didnt like to be honest!
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Air conditioning was uneven
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Free breakfast was nice and a fairly decent selection. Pool was awesome, kids enjoyed it. Parking was easy and free. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was great and quiet. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Had a great stay overall!
Cons: No complaints. The only thing I'd comment on was that there was no meat other than ham for the breakfast buffet. Not a big deal at all, just would of been nice to have sausage or bacon.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff
Cons: Location. Hard to find.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, shower, pool.
Cons: Room not cleaned as scheduled and we ran out of toilet paper and had to go to front desk to pick up.
7.5 Good
Cons: We could hear doors opening and closing loudly all night. My wife actually had a suggestions of all hotels placing assist devices on all doors so they didn’t slam or close loudly. Other than this we enjoyed everything else!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice rooms and large accommodations.
Cons: A/C wasn’t working.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Food was delicious. I loved that you had a live body cooking omelets!
6.8 Good
Pros: The room itself was nicely sized and clean
Cons: First, we were put into an ADA room (not by request) and there was a "wheel-in" shower, which was fine, in concept, except that the shower curtain rod was curved (like most are these days in hotels), but without the tub or ledge to hold the curtain in, the water just flooded the bathroom floor. Not way to avoid it, except to not use the shower. We pointed this out to the front desk and they just shrugged, "That's an ADA room, and that meets ADA requirements." I pointed out that it was just the curtain rod that made it flood, and certainly, if I had been in a wheel-chair, or otherwise physically handicapped, cleaning up the flood would have been difficult if not impossible. Shrug again. The breakfast was also quite under-staffed and under-stocked. By the time we arrived, they were out of nearly everything and the line for egg dishes was about 20-minute wait.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was beautifully decorated, clean, well maintained. The room had a full kitchen which was stocked with dishes, pans, and dish soap. I had recently stayed in another hotel chain which bragged on having a full kitchen, but there were no dishes - you had to bring or buy your own. The price of that room was the same as this Hyatt room, but that is where the comparisons ended. The Hyatt's property was by far a better proptery! Breakfast was on par with most places with the exception of a chef who cooked personalized omelets while you watched!! This is a highly recommended property!!! Definitely will seek out other Hyatt properties based on experience of this one!
Cons: Nothing - it was all great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and quiet for being right off I-15 (I slept like a log)

Pros: Everyone was very friendly. Check in only took about 5 minutes. So very quick. I like that check out was at noon, so it gave us a little more time. And the breakfast was really good. We will definitely stay there again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk is the best thing at this hotel. She took care of our Parker Premiere girls team in every way. She was the hostess of the mostest, mother hen when all the parents did not come down immediately for the games, and did her other tasks
Cons: Small pool.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Soft comfortable beds. Really enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. Staff was amazing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room size is excellent. There is plenty of space and it is very comfortable. The bathroom size is also excellent. Bed and pillows were comfortable as well.
Cons: The pool size and design is inadequate for this size of hotel. When we were there it was shoulder to shoulder people in the pool. It may not be that way all the time, but the design is flawed.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower and breakfast was good
Cons: The room only had 1 tv and I expected the sitting area and sleeping area would have there own TVs and be more private. Also I would recommend whirlpool tub in some of the rooms for that’s the way I like to relax because the pool was entirely way to crowded

As a result the clerk became a little anxious and talked too fast to understand her. Consequently, there were questions on how to deal with the deposit and when she went to xerox our credit card, we had some pointed questions since we had just been victims of credit card fraud. This began a little argument on how to proceed which made her more anxious. Not a good scene.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice spacious rooms, lovely pool, very clean, friendly staff
Cons: More healthy items for breakfast would be nice
7.0 Good
Pros: Beautiful and clean
Cons: Thin walls and the ac unit was so loud it woke me up every time it turned on all night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms have a little more space than the average hotel. The hotel is very clean with a modern decor. The free breakfast has lots of options. We used both the gym and the pool daily during our stay.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, clean rooms and facilities, good breakfast.
Cons: Poor lighting in bathroom.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was so friendly and accommodating! They allowed us a late check out so our kids could swim on our last day. The woman overseeing the complimentary breakfast packed us a to go bah with muffins, cinnamon rolls and milk all because the pancakes were out after only one child got some. She was so thoughtful and kind.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely clean hotel, great room, all quite new and fresh. Great breakfast. All very efficient. If it's where you want to be in Murray/Midvale I'd strongly recommend this hotel.
Cons: All fine.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Front desk staff were prompt, friendly and helpful. The standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast is pretty good, with several hot items, a pancake machine and Cinnabuns! Room was quiet, good size with a sofa, good mattress, decent LED TV and wifi work station.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was kind of helpful. Great customer service. The room was clean.
Cons: Staff was accommodating and wonderful to work with, my only suggestion might be no-grain and nondairy options for breakfast. Seriously that’s all I can think of.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great, the staff are wonderful, rooms are very clean. We would stay there again.
Cons: Everything was fine except the trash bins outside were overflowing and were never emptied during our entire 6 day stay. Seems like just an oversight, as everything else was immaculate. The pool chemicals were out of balance -- the fumes were strong enough to make our eyes sting.

Overview Reviews
The Castle Creek Inn is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Cottonwood Heights. It's easy to keep connected with the property's Wi-Fi in designated areas. Many local tourist attractions including the Ski N See and Sliver Lake can easily be reached with a short drive. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Quite, almost as if castle belong to us, beautiful gardens, though plastic flowers are tacky and out of place , the natural beauty says it all balcony and building was amazing , the castle artifacts cool . Needs a little design with couple areas in castle theme, like the design in main eating hall and them through entire room, but in all It is a strong 4.7, loved our stay, thank you
Cons: Air conditioning , room was hot, nothing else worth mentioning
6.8 Good
Pros: The room was nice and the bed was comfortable
Cons: Black floating stuff in the jacuzzi unsure of what that was ran out of hot fudge and instead of telling us just put chocolate on our sundaes which tasted horrible the breakfast was disappointing the hash browns tasted horrible the bacon was overcooked the the French toast was good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Their cheesy hasbrowns are delicious!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed spending time in the jetted tub. We also liked watching movies on Netflix, which they had available. Breakfast was delicious.
7.0 Good
Pros: Loved the privacy and quietness of our room.
Cons: The breakfast buffet wasn't that great. The breakfasts used to be so much better. No place to hang clothing that we didn't want wrinkled.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was a fun experience. The room was clean, staff friendly, a great facility.
Cons: The breakfast wasn't horrible but wasn't great. The coffee wasn't good..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything about it. We discovered the place by accident, we were looking for an address and had to turn around and used this driveway to do so. Right then we were intrigued by the place and when we planned to celebrate our 50th anniversary, we decided to stay there. We were first booked into the Rapunzel room, but that one only had a tub, which is hard for us to get in and out of. We got it changed, without any problem, to the Versaille room. Comfortable and pretty. Our dinner was served in our room and was very tasty, as was the breakfast buffet the next morning. Everything was just PERFECT!
Cons: Maybe there could be some TV trays brought into the room along with the dinner, there really wasn’t much room to eat comfortably.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect for our honeymoon!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was delicious! Location excellent. Staff amazing! Great, great getaway!
7.0 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, nice setting in the rear of the property to relax. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice to have off street parking. The fruit served at breakfast was fresh. There was a small refrigerator in the closet. Large bathroom.
Cons: The lighting in the Canterbury room was abysmal. At night we were unable to read due to the recessed lighting and low wattage in the overhead light. There was only 1 night stand with a low wattage lamp on the stand. We had a noisy room as we could hear the jetted tub from the room above us running late into the night. The same fruit and hot breakfast were served both mornings with the exception that french toast was substituted for the waffle, an uncommon experience in finer BnBs. Although the outdoor seating was nice almost all of the flower pots were filled with dead or dying plants which seemed out of place with the setting. On our arrival we found a dirty towel from a previous guest hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The brochure photo of the room shows a table and 2 chairs for sitting and relaxing in the room, however there was no table and only 1 chair and the room was overpowered by a huge tv screen.

Cons: Nothing!!!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was exceptional and clean. The morning clerk, Brianna, who I encountered during check out was friendly, knowledgeable, and tried to fix a problem I had. She should be commended for her courtesy and hard work.
Cons: The evening clerk, Lexi, was rude and could not except the fact that I was going to be double charged on my stay, which I was. I know that I my funds will be held only a few days, however, it would not have happened if she would have listened and been rude.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: The hot tub was not very hot. It was more like bath tub water temperature.

Pros: The hotel is spacious, clean and well maintained. Reception staff were welcoming, friendly and informative. Our room was spotlessly clean and fully equipped. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after our long drive and made full use of the proximity of the hotel to a local shopping park. We would highly recommend to fellow travellers.

Cons: I didn’t like the mattress, I couldn’t sleep on it, I was waking up during the night with pain in my back or hip.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was an amazing hotel much bigger then I expected
Cons: The pool was cold and very dirty. We kept getting hair in our fingers on our faces. It was gross.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is always very friendly, beds are comfortable, it's very quiet for a hotel that includes a mix of business travelers and families, and the breakfast bar is good.
Cons: This place is getting a little shabby, and it's not a very old establishment. Outside the front door, the nice outdoor seats have been allowed to get dirty (something like a milkshake had spilled and dried on one of ones I saw, and the cushions aren't put back in place if the wind blows them, even a day after I first saw they were not straightened up). I didn't get a replacement facial wipe packet every day, whereas in prior stays I always did. I found a couple of spots in the kitchen that hadn't been wiped clean by Housekeeping when I moved in (I understand there's only light cleaning service for a few days at a time after you move in, and that's fine). It used to be nicer 16 months ago when I first started staying here for business, so I'm not sure how it can have started looking shabby so quickly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Nice facility. We were able to get a room for a decent rate. They upgraded our room without us even asking making the value even better. My family and I would stay here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were clean and fresh and the staff was helpful whenever asked.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love the location close to the airport and the amenities. I was disappointed that only certain rooms come with breakfast now, as every room previously came with breakfast on previous visits. However, the staff was very understanding and accommodating!
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location. Friendly staff
Cons: No hot tub, curtains in rooms are terrible, shower dispenser not good

Pros: The personnel at the front desk were amazing!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Our king size was comfortable, first time in a long time I actually slept during my stay. The pillows were fluffy and plenty. It felt really clean and staff was friendly.
Cons: The breakfast could have been good as there was a good selection, however the food that was prepared was extremely overcooked. The sausage, eggs, French toast was dry, dry, dry. I was really disappointed and had a banana, yogurt, and dry cereal instead. The first day we came down at about between 8:30-9 and so I thought maybe earlier will give us a chance to get it fresh. I was wrong, we came down shortly after 6 and the food was still dried out and chewy. If I could be guaranteed a better breakfast I would definitely stay again.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Not bad for hotel breakfast, better than most others.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The size of the bathroom. The curtains/blinds.The morning breakfast provided. And the hotel provided my request for a room with a view. Was near the interstate, didn't even hear the noise.. And we didn't hear other people in their rooms.
Cons: The bed was a bit too firm for me..I decided to sleep on the sofa bed. Since I sometimes sleep on my couch at home I thought I would try to sleep just on the couch part. It was too short, so we pulled the bed part out..was a bit more comfortable but a bit lumpy. Didn't sleep that well.. The bathtub and toilet was a bit low. I have temporary disabilities. Was a challenge..
6.8 Good
Pros: Bed was comfy

Cons: Breakfast variety was good but enjoy hash browns and breakfast meat. One day we had sausage but they were cold.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, convenient, priced right. Couldn't find anything bad to say or anything that could be improved.
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great pool. Spacious 2-room unit. Has a pull out couch in the second room. The description never said this but we used it! Happy hour was amazing and friendly staff. Omelette bar for breakfast plus so much more.
Cons: The cleaning ladies left our dirty dishes and moved our chargers to the window? That just led to a search for our stuff.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast.
Cons: I spent 3 nights. At check in , Room key did not work and needed to change room but the room was next to lift and therefore again I need to request front desk to change room. Finally they changed my room but I need to carrying my belongings like suits case etc, by myself, At 2nd night , Room was not cleaned not made up by house keeping in 10 P.M . when I came back from business and again I needed to change room. It was terrible and funny experience.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean and accessible to major highways. The selection for breakfast was vast and included a personal omelette station.
Cons: The parking is not convenient! You had to access the parking around the rear of the hotel and during weekdays, it gets really packed. However, there was a hotel entrance off of the parking deck.

Pros: From the moment my wife and I arrived, the hotel staff greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. They checked us in, asked us if we needed or required any special requests. They even gave us a bottle of water and chocolate!!
Cons: N/A
5.8 Okay
Pros: The rooms are nice
Cons: I expected a better breakfast considering it was in a restaurant but still same breakfast buffet you get at all other hotels My kid asked for French toast (there was a paper saying pancakes and french toast available) and they stated they wouldn't make him any and to use the waffle maker We seriously over paid for what the hotel offers The parking garage was nice for the rain but it is dark and creepy and there is only one entrance to the hotel from it so sometimes you have to walk a was to get to the door
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the staff was impeccable...a real pleasure, the room was great..the view of the mountains...the linens...the hot breakfast was my husbands favorite...we really enjoyed it all
Cons: everything was wonderful
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms, delicious dinner, amazing selection for breakfast! Super comfortable bed!
Cons: Receptionist glared at me the whole time. Couldn’t use the pool because there were 25 people at least in the hot tub. We didn’t know that when you walked into the restaurant, that we are being seated actually pay for a dinner. We didn’t know that there was a free dinner there. The hostess should say “ are you here for the free dinner or are you here for purchased dinner” or something like that.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room, drinks, locatuon.
Cons: Gate for car parking did not work.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hot tub
