Customer service was top notch.

Pros: Everyone did all they could to help me quickly. They didn't have exactly what I had requested online so they gave me a free upgrade. That vehicle seemed a bit too large for me so a few days later I requested a switch and they switched it out without any problem.

Cons: The 2nd car had perfume in it from a previous renter. I have asthma, not a good combination. The other enterprise here in town wanted twice the price for "a deal" since service was being done there. Just book it online and you will have the best price available.
