Pros. Great location
Cons. Reservations not honored! We had reserved a King bed suite thru Priceline.com. When we arrived at Residence Inn, the staff assigned us to a Queen suite. I informed the staff of our confirmed reservations for a King suite. The staff said that Priceline.com does not guarantee the type room reserved. Furthermore, the suite was an 'Accessible' suite with low-rise sinks, tables, and closet rods. I asked about moving to another King suite and was told that the hotel was booked. We had just driven over 300 miles and it was getting late in the evening, we were tuckered out, so we took the Accessible queen suite. We rated the hotel 'Cleanliness' LOW due to two cockroaches in the suite: one in the master bedroom, one in the living/kitchen area.
