Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing unsanitary conditions, bad smells, and pests. Service issues such as unhelpful staff, payment confusion, and lack of receipts were also common complaints. Some guests found the beds to be comfortable, and a few appreciated the convenient location. However, the lack of breakfast and ongoing renovations or maintenance problems further detracted from the experience. Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives in these reviews.
