Cons:No wifi. It’s 2020.
Cons:No coffee pot, no microwave, no refrigerator, no room service, no maid service, no buffet, no entertainment thanks to mandates from the state of Nevada. Thin walls between rooms. I have not been to Harrah's since 1989 and it looks the same. The hotel, casino and rooms are outdated and need to be refreshed or updated. All the restaurants and cafe were expensive. American River Cafe had good food but slow service. We grew weary of the staff telling us to pull up our masks as we were drinking our coffee or adult beverage as smokers could leave their masks hanging from their ear. We had difficulty finding assistance with our Caesars Rewards accounts. Most of the staff did not know how to obtain comps or points from the accounts. We received more help from other players. All in all, it was OK but we will not be returning.
Cons:Could be so much more for price. Feels like using luxury features to hide needed maintenance of paint, simple repairs of marred molding and fraying carpet edges. Sheets on both beds were thin with wear and both had actual holes the size of a dime. Our privacy light did not light up like other rooms. Casino way too warm for comfort! Skimping on AC?!
Cons:Parking, the pool or jacuzzi wasn’t open late, some of the small restaurant close very early, drink service on the casino floor
Cons:Wifi costs were outrageous. Parking was tough. Rooms were not very clean. Hotel felt old even though decor was modern. Just doesn't seem like a grand hotel, which is not what it is in the first place. Weekends are about 300% more expensive than week day stays. Stay there if you need a place to sleep as it has a bed and tv. Beds were comfortable.
