The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were switched without problem to a non smoking room when we checked in. We also checked out during a snowstorm and the staff let us use a broom to clean off our car since we had a rental car and no scraper. A++

The bedspread had blood stain on the underside, I reported it the morning after the first night and was told it would be taken care of but was still there the second night

Beautiful new property in a perfectly wonderful location; just minutes from the Iowa State campus.

The entire hotel was very clean. Lobby floors, hallways, pool, spa, room, bathroom and bed were all well kept and I felt comfortable right away.

I liked the room size. Very spacious, lots of room for spreading out suitcases and gear.

I prefer to think the sheets were stained, not soiled. The heat made a noise all night, like the sound of a cell phone buzzing in the silent mode.

Rooms smelled horribly. Manager not helpful or friendly. He actually lied to me. Bathrooms not clean. Doors damaged. We had to sleep with windows open due to smell. NOT worth the money. I may not buy through priceline again.

Convenient to ISU, and its on the main road with TONS of dining options and WalMart right around the corner. Couldn't have been more convenient.

No! Other than parking being somewhat limited. There's an overflow lot but it wasn't clear if hotel parking was allowed there. I was a little concerned about being towed, but that never happened.

Very easy to check in and out. Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms.

All Microtel rooms that I've been in have a large mirror that covers the whole wall behind the beds. I would prefer to not have that mirror in the rooms.

As soon as we walked in it was homey and welcoming. I was warm and smelled great. The clerk was very kind and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel!

The Front desk clerk was very helpful and nice. The room was nice and clean,and overall friendly environment :)

Quick check in and out

This hotel was advertised as having a casino and that is the reason we chose it. There was no casino. We would have been happy to pay a little more for something a little nicer if this hotel had not been falsely advertised.

Great bedding, good breakfast, helpful staff - in general was a great experience.

Nice hotel not far from the highway. The bed was comfortable.

Older hotel in need of some updates. Our room had an easy chair with a torn cushion.

It was a generic hotel. It had a pool and 2 machine exercise room, but that does not make it a 3 star hotel in my book. It really is a generic super 8, hotel 6 quality room and hallway area.

Had a resteraunt/ lounge inside. Very reasonably priced

Walls were cracked in some places, but still very clean

Location is very good for a football game, etc.

Not really much to do AT the motel. No restaurant, had a nice pool, but the hot tub didn't work.

Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was filling.

Shower curtain rod was broken.

Everything was delightful. We especially liked the warm swimming pool. We were able to relax in the pool for a long time.

they need to improve communication between the evening shift and the opening shift. they had issues with us using the priceline system, dayshift had to be informed about priceline and our . the manager thought that we only checked in one party, not both
