We liked the layout of the hotel how it was open and everything was in one building also the glass elevator. the staff was over all friendly. When we arrived they first put us in a room where the thermostate was broken and a panel was off and against the wall. When we called the guest services first said they would send someone up to fix it an hour passed and we were freezing so I called back and they didn't even remember I called than they sent up someone with new keys for us to a different room this guy was the electrician and knew the system was broken. The bathroom did not have a fan so the bathroom filled up with steam when you took a shower Than the elevator was dirty and the pool was freezing cold and the hot tub had chunks of hair and dead skin along with other things floating in the water. The room service and breakfast both made me and my boyfriend sick. We definitely will not be returning.
The suite was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in, the overall design of the building is magnificent and eye catching, it is not easy to get lost in the building, the workers were all friendly, and there included breakfast was more than we had hoped for. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we intend to stay there again. The Internet was slow and lagging in the bedroom but they had notes placed in the room apologizing and expressing they were working on fixing that issue.

Easy to reach, good parking, spacious, quiet room, very good breakfast offering. Staff was not welcoming, seemed rather bored. Hotel lobby was not clean, and the carpeted stairs to the mezzanine level were dirty when I arrived, and still dirty on checkout the next morning. Not expected for a Hilton property.
The rooms where big and clean. The continental breakfast was excellent and had good variety.
The Embassy Suites were nice overall. Only complaints, the bed was awful, and many children were running around like it was playground.
While staying two nights we had need of the business center to print flight tickets and 2 out of 3 computers were not working which led a back up of guests needing the computers. One belligerent guest would not allow us even to request when he would be finished so we could use it and proceeded to push me out of the room. After approaching the front desk into this matter they checked into it but he had already left. I've worked in a NYC hotel in Times Square for over 20 years and even I hadn't encountered this situation. You might need to look into keeping this up to date since it is now becoming more prevalent and almost necessary to keep the web and wifi in working order.
Complimentary buffet full breakfast. Easy to get to off interstate. Suite style amenable to family visit. Beds not comfortable, too soft. Limited room amenities.

The hotel is very nice, more like a luxury hotel than an extended stay. The breakfast bar is really really good. Probably one of the cleaner hotels I have stayed in. I got the room for 145, which was an absolute bargain IMO. Great place, very professional staff. Not much the hotel can do about it, but if you are sleeping in the front room of the suite, it is very loud when the other guests close their doors. The manager should test it out sometime. Maybe put door closers to prevent unintentional slamming?
I loved that When i told them my Finance was the day of our stay, not only did all the front desk know about it and wished her a happy bday. They went the extra mile by giving her a card, balloons, and chocolate cover fruit. It made her super happy. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!!! there is nothing not to like
Nice updated decor and furniture. Hotel personel was friendly. Bar restuarant closed early, by 11 pm so it was hard to get something to eat or have a cocktail/ nightcap.

The rooms were clean and beds comfortable, though on the second day, they didn't replace all the glasses with clean ones or clean out the ice bucket. At check-in we were informed our 2 rooms were no where near each other so they checked us into 1 room and told us they would call when the other room was ready. They didn't. I had to go down a couple of hours later to ask for our other room. I made the reservation months ago so they should have put the rooms side by side but they didn't. Furthermore, I had a package at the desk, which they did not tell me about.
The bed was very hard. The room service was a disaster. They gave us bread with fungus!! and a pitch of water to make coffe!!
Nothing Booked 5 weeks ahead of time, confirmed my reservation via email the day before and was still double booked and unable to stay at the hotel. Poor business practice to do that to people.

The hotel was clean and had all the amenities you might need during your stay. Parking garage has in and out privileges. Hotel is quiet & beds are comfortable. There is a Dunkin' Donuts across the street. Don't stay here if you are hoping to be close to Boston. It's definitely outside the city. It is easy to find though. It's located just off the highway.
the pool was nice for the kids and we had adjoining rooms off the highway so the noise we were not used too
The comfort of the room, access to the pool, room service, the price, and the quick check in and out. What I didn't like was that me and my children were placed in a room (some short in communication between front desk and person checking the room), with a man we did not know. He was coming out of the bathroom, when we entered the room. Thank God he was nice, and also very understanding. That could have turned out bad since my daughter was the first to enter the room.
The nice part of the hotel was the location and appearance. The worst part was being accused of stealing by w staff member who was not on the clock. She called my boyfriend and I "these people". Her tone of voice and attitude was completely uncalled for especially at 4am. Also the room above mine smelled like cigarettes because the people above were smoking. My room has no fridge so I could not store the food I paid for so that was thrown away and a waste of money. In the morning my breakfast order was messed up twice which was also paid for. The room above or below mine was playing music till 5am. My boyfriend and I had no sleep.
The staff was fantastic. The hotel was beautiful and had everything you could want. The mattress was warped and we could not get comfortable.

Entering the premises from highway is awkward and puzzle-like, even with GPS. It is advertised as a non-smoking premises, while our room had a strong, terrible odor of stale tobacco smoke!
Starting with the stringy towels (The kind that you would use to wash the dog) The one bar of soap, very small. The $9.95 a day charge for internet. The security bar for th door that was loose and stuck thought I was stuck in the room. No refrigerator and a small ice bucket. It help exactly two small glasses of ice. I was shocked that this was a Sheraton The desk clerks new nothing about our event or that the event had a block of rooms reserved. I will not stay there again.

Seems in need of a renovation - lots of things in room not quite right. TV didn'the work, A/Canadian struggled, ripped blind, stained carpet. Didn'the like paying for WiFi separate, but when I did, slow, slow, slow.
The staff was amazingly friendly--from the front desk to the breakfast crew to the room maintenance staff. Also, the location gave great access to major highways as well as Middlesex Turnpike (to get to the Alewife T station). It would be nice if they could refinish the metal in the elevator cabs. The rest of the interior decorations were fun and creative, but then you get into elevators that look abused and it took away from the overall effect.
Room was clean and well maintained. Some breakfast items were above expectations while others were below expectations (is it possible to water down scrambled eggs...seemed like it). Too few staff speak or understand english. Advertised items (grab and go breakfast) did not exist, and given a run -around when I asked about it (last person in the chain said "no!"). Overflowing trash can in front of the hotel is an eyesore and sanitary issue.
The breakfast was wonderful! The room was very cozy and the bed was comfortable. Good lighting in the bathroom and good water pressure. The old blower/heater unit on the floor,against the wall. Feels very 1970s!

The property is in need of some TLC or attention. I have stayed with Sonesta before but would not stay again if this was first experience with them. Bathroom had hair on the edge of tub and in the corner of bathroom - not reassuring that room was clean. The door to the bathroom didn't close all the way because the door frame was warped. Some very strong fragrance - perhaps room deodorized was so overbearing you could taste it. Dirty knives in the silverware drawer. Front desk didn't ask how the stay was or I might have shared this with them. Very disappointing stay

The hotel offers large suites with friendly and green surroundings. As European, I don't like the fact that all breakfeast dishes are plastic and to be trashed (knowing that this is still common in the US...)
The building is a leed gold, which means green energy efficient building with great indoor air quality. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful. I would love to stay there again. The pool water was full of salt and chlorine.
It was very different from the standard hotel looks, in that they are very colorful and the organization of the space and room is very unique. Definitely nice to see a hotel that is not the standard fare, especially outside of a major city. The king sized bed was pillow top and felt amazing. They had so many pillows on the bed that we had to move some off to a lounge chair. They gave out (free) bags of ice downstairs in the snack bar area instead of having an ice dispenser on each floor, which was another oddity, but we were ok with that. No complimentary breakfast, but there was an area where they served food if you wanted to order it for 24hrs. They have shampoo and body soap dispensers that are attached to the wall under the shower head. First time we saw that, and not sure if we liked it or not because it can be opened by guests and refilled, but it was better if you use a lot of shampoo and conditioner. They use Bliss products which was nice. Room was very well lit, with two separate overhead reading lights at the bed. Indoor pool was nice since it closed at 11pm. The water was a good temp but theres lots of chlorine in that water though. Overall a clean and neat experience at this hotel. I'd recommend it. Water pressure in the shower could be better. It didn't feel strong enough to wash away all the soap. Hard to get out of the parking lot of the hotel into the main road, as the stop light took about 8 minutes to change to green. Not sure if this may be a city street light issue, but they should probably have a better exit onto a main road. Bathroom could be a bit bigger as the fridge was underneath the bathroom sink.
Clean Accomadations came as a couple was given room with two twin beds said third party booking so they couldnt fo anything ?? there was no more king rooms Or queen beds im guessing
From the time I walked through the door, I was the most important person standing in front of the agent. They made me feel like I had stayed there before. They made sure at everthing was taken care of. None

I stayed here on a visit from FL to see my family, and wanted to enjoy the serene environment of Lexington as an escape from the city. Everything was flawless with our stay.

Liked the room. Breakfast was very nice. Staff very friendly & accomodating. Convenient to hospital and loved the shuttle. Asked for a robe & extra blankets as my husband had surgery the day before & was cold. Staff brought them, but they were both so raggedy & torn that I almost hated using them. Seriously they need to be brought to the local shelter for dogs. Time to replace or don't offer them.
Everyone I encountered was helpful. After only 2 days staff were saying hello. Having a Starbucks set up in the morning was particularly nice. Dining in the restaurant was fantastic. Food very good. The facility is over priced for the suburbs. The rooms Do not justify the price.
Location is nice. Right off the highway and close to upscale mall. Need more selections in the longe. Didn't seem to care about upgrading elites.
I loved the pool, hot tub, and sauna. It was so nice and relaxing. I particularly liked that it all stayed open until 11pm, because at so many hotels the hours are hard to use. 6am-11pm gave us plenty of time to take full advantage of the relaxing. The beds were very comfy. The services was nice. We had room service breakfast and the man who brought it was very nice and polite. The front desk helped us a lot by allowing us an extending check out due to a wedding we had to prep for. The fire place and wall of water in the lobby were beautiful. It is a great location. Peacefully situated but also close to a huge mall so you can get all sorts of food and anything you needed. The restaurant and room service in the hotel were very expensive. Luckily there is a mall down the street with much more affordable options. We went the the rain forest cafe and had fun. Other than that I really loved everything. It was a great day and just what we needed.
Our room at this property had a serious ventilation problem which they acknowledged but made no effort to mitigate. The heavy odor of cooking bacon woke us each morning at 5am and did not immediately dissipate rather lingered in the room and hallways. The odor was strong and very offensive.

The shuttle drivers were extraordinarily friendly! Alfred mentioned that we were near Lexington and took me to all of the sights. He and the other drivers definitely helped to make my weekend stay awesome! The room itself was wonderful and very comforting to come home to each night! 5/5 would recommend.
This hotel is so well maintained and spotlessly clean. Even though it's not a 5 star hotel it's large enough that it's well staffed all the time. Even when we had our "do not disturb" sign out in the morning our room was quickly cleaned when we were out in the afternoon. We were in town to visit our son and hotel staff were very helpful in accommodating our 2 young (age 3 & 6) granddaughters when they came to stay with us a couple of nights. Also the hotel was full of HS Soccer teams in town for a tourney and the hotel strictly enforced "quiet hours". I was very pleased with that! Also loved that the coffee maker is a Keurig. They don't furnish many pods and they were not my favorite brand, but there's a grocery very close to the hotel so we bought a box of our favorite brand and also a small carton of half and half and kept it in the fridge. We really liked having a fridge and a microwave in the room. We have special diet needs so we actually made our own breakfast in the room. Was fun to make popcorn for the kiddos and watch a movie with them before bedtime too! The hotel is so close to shopping! Burlington Mall is very nice. The indoor pool is large which is good but the maintenance staff does not understand that it's an INDOOR pool! When maintaining an outdoor pool the wind and sun deplete chemicals, therefore a lesser quantity of chemicals are needed indoors. Some people may believe that more chemicals = safer sanitation, but that's not true. I've been responsible for maintaining a pool and too much is just too much. Even with an outdoor pool if there is too much chlorine in the water you use large fans to lower the concentration (yes- wind, even from fans, removes chemicals from the water). The water was cloudy (it should be clear if chemicals are used appropriately) and also foamy which means too much fungi control chemical was used, which is very unfealthy. I bought goggles to protect my granddaughter's eyes, but they still had an itchy rash from the water, probably from the fungicide which not really needed very often indoors since direct sun is what causes fungi in a pool. An over chlorinated pool is not dangerous to your health, just unpleasant, but when the water is foamy and cloudy, that's very bad. I really wanted to prop all the doors open and set up some fans!

The rooms and facilities were great. The staff was professional and helpful. I've had better breakfasts at economy hotels. The food quality was very disappointing and not up to the standards I expected (given the cost and quality of the facility).

1) The business centre. It was very useful for me. 2) Breakfast was decent, but I think the team could be more friendly to a foriegner, by asking if they need anything....it would go a long way 3) I was surprised, that there were no bell boys. This really amazed me, when the front desk girl walked up with me...it was a lovely gesture...and I respect that a lot. 1) Wished there was more to do and see on the property 2) I was expecting a Suite, I did not get an answer when I had booked it and I did not know what it costs, as I wanted to stay in a Suite. 3) I would like more channels on the TV. 4) My booking done through www.booking.com had been in principle ignored. ie, I was first offered 2 separate beds and smoking option, I had to finally settle for smoking option as I wanted a king bed as per what I had booked!!

Clean, quiet and extremely comfortable. Luxurious bedding, mattress and furnishings. I did hear the alarm clock in the room next to me go off at 5am. This was disturbing but the hotel was very quiet and sound proofed.

Wasteful laundering of sheets and duvet cover for extended stay. Also wasteful discarding of partially used toiletries. Awkward configuration of bathroom amenities since toilet and sink were often used by second person while shower was in use. The space was very tight.
Breakfast was much better than average hotel breakfast. Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was clean with lots of easy-to-reach outlets for charging electronics. Shower drain ran slow.

The room was comfortable, clean. The bed was comfortable and the bedspread was white and very clean. That gave me alot of comfort knowing that the prads are washed often. There was a restaurant which was very good , but the menu was rather limited.
Staff was good and helpful The king bed was in bad condition. The middle of the matress had an over use. It felt like a whole in the middle. As if someone very very heavy used it for a long time. I had a backache after just one night. All yhey need is to replace the mattress and it would be a great room to rent.

Was the cheapest in the neighborhood, though still not cheap, imho. Street signs could be a lot clearer at the nearby corners. There should be signs at the parking lot exit to give you a clue.

It was clean, the restaurant was pretty good as well overall value good Weird size toilet in bathroom, like something you'd find in a kindergarten bathroom and shower rod was hanging by command strips.

Nice breakfast, but heavy on the sugar and carbs. Has workout center and small pool. Billed themselves as providing free airport shuttle & there was none. Suggested I call a cab ($100 ride) instead. Did not provide cleaning service because it was a holiday weekend. Staff utterly unapologetic. did not provide evening happy hours on holidays, either. The most eye-rolling I've ever seen in a hotel staff. They were full of themselves.

It was the perfect stay before the Boston Marathon. They had everything needed to be prepared for the race... good Italian food close by, a fridge in the room, great breakfast in the morning, and even a shuttle to the start of the race!
The rooms were nice, comfortable. I ordered room service, food was very good, service was fast, servers were very friendly and helpful. Good location, lots of restaurants around. It was quiet around our rooms save for a little construction noise, very enjoyable. Got cookies upon arrival : ) There were some pounding noises due to construction on the floor below, but not too bad. I was sleeping late, so it woke me up around 10 am on Sunday, which surprised me. Their tv service could be better - no on demand channels and no tv guide channel to know what was coming up next.

The hotel had no one there on a Friday night, so it was very quiet, even on the ground floor. The linens were clean, and the pool and gym were very tidy as well. You also get a complimentary cookie when you check in. I found a used Qtip on my night stand, but the room was clean other than that. When I went to the front desk to ask for a toothbrush and toothpaste (which I forgot to bring) they were very stingy and hesitant to give me the products.
They serve you in plastic cups. No restaurants. It says breakfast included but there is only a basket at the reception with a pile of croissants. Beautiful view over the trucks, therefor, you better not change your clothes in your room with no closing the curtains.
We were delight with the staff and the hotel. There was a guy at the front desk (the one from Albania) who was very charming and addressed us to a very good place to have dinner around.

This place was really quiet and very generous while my stay. I only was there for one night, due to my training I had for the weekend, but I got a chance to take a tour myself and did love the cleanliness of the hotel. Food was great at the hotel. Do recommend it !
Welcoming staff Clean room Everything worked Nothing to dislike
The room below had four barking shelties that marked to go out at 6:00 am. They barked while they played. They barked when the wanted to come in. This repeated hourly. Their barking could easily be heard through the glass windows. Frequent calls to the front desk resulted in their suggesting that I move to a different floor farther from the noise. To take this advice I would have to: (1) repack my clothes and my wife's into our suitcases (2) do the same for the refrigerator items (3) same for cabinet stored food items. Then (4) load cart and move to another room; (5) unpack suitcases; (6) unpack cooler; (7) unpack food stuff. During this discussion - no-one from management contacted my - only front desk clerks - and only when I called. They never initiated any contact. My time isn't free - nor is it my job to adhere to the glowing promises Hilton makes regarding customer care and satisfaction. Instead I called the corporate office; explained the above history; received a voucher for nights to be used at any Embassy Suites within a year. While this seems fair - the original problem is inexcusable. Why/how can a guest bring four dogs and allow them to run free in the hotel courtyard before dawn? What guest would think they can impose this on other guests? Also note: Beware - this hotel does not provide alcohol during the evening guest reception the way they do in other states.
