The location was good, lots of rstaurants arond, very close to the center. The pools are very nice
The check in took 40 minths and the receptionist was very grumpy and not nice. during thoes 40 minths our childern lots patience and start playing and running, the receptionist scold my wife that they were bothering him to work. when we got the room, it was very dirty and my wife wash the floor. the room was clean for 3 days, only replace towles. not shampo or soup. not what you expectant for 5 star hotel after 3 days i went to spoke with the mannger, and she promised that the room will be clean, she even sent us a cake and fruts as a compensation. but in the 4 days they still didnt clean the room or fill the shmapo. not what you expectant for 5 star hotel.
