Cons: "Let us board, then flight was delayed. Sat on tarmac 2 hours. Didn't offer any snacks. Dinner options were poor."

But he went away and never came back, no any response of YES or NO. 2.I don't know why the airline company still need 11 hours to rebook the tickets with all our flight information and our passport liscen numbers already , making us waiting till 3 am at the airport. 3. I asked my boyfriend to talk to the staff on phone, and the staff told my BF that he didn't know my English was not good. I said to him loudly that I had told him , but the manager besides said "don't shout at my staff"to me, even without asking me what happened . Cons: "Size of main course food portion. For a tiny bird. Not to mention the size of snack before landing- such an unpleasant joke( food hiden in such a big box, but once you opened there was a tiny muffin with a sip of orange juice) Cmon guys you can give it more. A simple sandwich with cup of tea/coffee would be a much better and sophisticated option. Comparing to competition you are behind."

Pros: "Very quiet flight, so lots of space to spread out. Good in flight entertainment/. Flight was on time and arrived ahead of schedule."
Cons: "Gate agent Ciara was extremely rude.. I was told when boarding that not able to take a coffee that I had literally just purchased on board - I travel frequently and have NEVER been told this before.. I always buy a coffee and take on baord teh fligth as airline coffee sucks!This needs to be made clear if this in in fact an Aer Lingus policy. This was one of the many stupid rules that were constantly effected during the flight -" you can't do this, you can;t do that" and whilst i understand some are for safety - I and fellow passengers felt like we being scolded like school children"

Pros: "They do have some great movies to watch for transatlantic flights and most of the crew was nice."
Cons: "When the crew was doing coffee service I asked if I could have water instead and I was told no we're just doing tea and coffee. One of the other attendants heard my request and made sure I got water. Our flight took off almost an hour late. Thankfully we had no connecting flights but others did and they were concerned about missing them. If I were to fly Aer Lingus again I would not buy the ticket through a 3rd party. After receiving more than we expected for wedding gifts we wanted to upgrade our tickets to first class. I called Aer Lingus they said no because we bought from a 3rd party and to go through them. The 3rd party fly.com wanted to charge us $700 per ticket for a change fee on top of the price difference for the tickets. So talking to Aer Lingus again they suggested we try at the airport to upgrade. When we got to the airport the person at check-in told us it would cost us $4000 each to upgrade because Aer Lingus is trying to detur people from upgrading at the airport and they run a lottery for upgrades which we were not entitled to buying from a 3rd party. So basically we could not upgrade unless we wanted to pay thousands more then what the ticket cost was to begin with. Not good business practice if you ask me. When going back to Europe I will spend a little more money on a better airline. Last their food is awful. The free food and the food you have to pay for is all terrible."

Pros: "Due to a hurricane, I actually missed my original flight date, but Aer Lingus allowed me to rebook (2 days later!) at no cost, which was really great of them. Absolutely no wait at check-in and very good service there. Got window seats on both legs of flight, with no one in my row. Meals on first flight leg were very good. Crew did a good job and made me confident of their work. Both flight legs arrived early. Everything went well. Very good airline - I will certainly fly with them again."
Cons: "It seems that there was no snack or beverage on the second leg of flight (ca. 3 hours), but I probably just slept through it. Price seemed high for this route and season, but it was much better than any other airline: flying has become expensive in the COVID era. But Aer Lingus keeps us moving ahead. Great job!"

Absolute diaster: no offical tracing nr established, had tocontact air lingus myself.their phones seem not to work - the phone rings,then disconnects. Still no update on the present whereabout of the bag"

Pros: "When boarding, initial impression was that of a very clean and fresh atmosphere. Attendants appeared very neat and acted very professional. More so than any airline I have travelled with."

By the time I was able to check in all that was left was a middle seat. I asked about upgrades and was told I would need to pay full price for one of those tickets. The seats are veryyy cramped, the entertainment system was outdated, the food was gross and wine was expensive."

I was also surprised by how bad the food was - worst airline food I have ever had on both trips. Sadly, also the most unfriendly air crew as well. Also, unlike international flights with Air Canada, you have to pay for alcohol (though the prices are pretty good)."

But the staff was rude and did not inform us about when or if we would be leaving. When asked about missed connections, said they know nothing and the transfer desk will handle that. I was travelling with my cat, so for me it was super stressful. Once we did arrive to JFK, there were no more flights to RDU that night and it took forever and then some to get me a hotel that would accommodate a cat. Just fly another airline."

Choices of menu in Business limited, especially for those not eating pork or beef (again,not our experience on the above mentioned airlines) The requested vegetarian meal was the same for both dinner and breakfast, and consisted of the same plain cooked vegetables and fresh fruits only"
