Willingness to assist when there is an issue with getting the car reserved.Cons:
They canceled my reservation since i did not arrive at 2pm. I would suggest in the furure, an email or call to confirm if i still want the reservation instead of canceling without notice would help for a better experience. Because of this, we were forced to go to another location.2.8 Poor

Reeked of cigarettes and cigars after a week of open window, disinfect spray. Major airport and garage security issue. Trunk permanently locked. Renting group didn’t even check at rental! Couldn’t be opened for security check.10.0 Wonderful

The van was clean and available upon arrival. The associate that checked car in was quick, and professional. Although there was a customer waiting to be checked in, he answered questions I had regarding future rentals and never appeared rushed.10.0 Wonderful

The fact that there is a $50 drop off fee to a major airport that was 30 minutes away and that the car did not run as well.Avis

We never got the rental. We were called 15 minutes before the original pick up time and told that the rental would be delayed an hour. When we arrived at the new pick up time, still no rental. We were told that the rental was in DC and would take another hour. We were very disappointed.9.2 Wonderful
