Room was great. Working controls on AC , firm bed, plenty of space. You get options on number of times for housekeeping. Top notch breakfast. Only area for improvement was the pool was closed due to regulations from county ( per sign posted on door ). No plans to reopen.
Only one of two elevators was working and had a long wait when you needed elevator/ or elevator was full when it arrived.
The staff was great; the decor and cleanliness were good as well. The bed was uncomfortable, though, and the breakfast was bad….we skipped it the second morning. The worst part, however, was the clientele. People were talking loudly in the hall or next room for at least a half hour when I was trying to sleep (11pm). The next morning, a woman screamed at the cleaning staff who entered her room when she had supposedly put a sign on the door. She was loud, rude and obnoxious; her boyfriend kept shouting that he wanted the room for free. Enough of the riff-raff; I’ll never stay there again. I feel sorry for the staff.
