Cons (-) Elevator: only one working, apparently in a maintenance cycle. Why not warn customers before they book Water main break and subsequent inability to get water heaters re-started meant almost 24 hours of no water, we were comp’ed but this was very inconvenient Located near very busy interstate intersection, much road noise.
Pros (+) Loved the feather pillows. Room was clean and comfortable. We visit friends in the area a couple times a year and have stayed in several other hotels in the same area on route 119 Tarrytown. This is just as good and less expensive than the others.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly. For the area this is the best priced hotel. It was clean and quiet which great. Quiet in the sense that even though there was a lot of people staying there I never heard anything throughout the night. The free breakfast and shuttle were also great. I travel to the area quite a bit and I think this is the hotel I will stay at every time.
