Lovely fresh orange juice too. Oh almost forgot about the yoghurt. And of course, there was always fresh coffee available!

Pros: Lovely boutique hotel. Friendly staff, lovely coffee and close to the bus stop (about 2 min walk) and to tram about 4min
Cons: Our room had AC and a window that can open for fresh air, but my kids were on the secons floor and their room had no AC, just a small fan and the windows couldn’t open so the room were quite “stuffy”. Ask for a room with AC or a window that can open.

Pros: The hosts were very friendly and went above an beyond with their service.. Cons: To small WC
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Joyce, The host, was very well prepared to meet and accommodate us.
Cons: everything was good
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Your host Joyce was most welcoming and very helpful acquainting us with the practical side of getting around The Hague. Our room on 2nd floor facing the rear of her home was spacious with delightful doors to a balcony looking over the garden filled with birdsong. A bus stop immediately outside the building provided easy access to central transport connections. Free on street parking was fairly easy but the spaces might be limited.
Cons: The weather was hot during our stay and mosquitos were a bit of a nuisance at night (a small fan may have helped keep them off) we used eucalyptus oil to repel them on our second night which eased the problem. Also my advice to travellers to Europe in general is to pack smaller suitcases - a big 30kg/65lb case can be hard to manage on steep and narrow stairways.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Joyce gave us more heat to our room since it was cold outside and rainy. Comfy chambers :) Good breakfasts! We received a guidance through sightseeing of The Hague
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A kind and lovely host with beautiful house. Peaceful and nice atmosphere around guesthouse.

The bus stop is located directly opposite the venue.
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent if rather expensive. Lots of cafes in the area though where you can eat more cheaply. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with excellent shower. We enjoyed our tram trip to Delft and the wonderful art galleries.
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are friendly, considerate and accommodating. The room is stylish and comfortable.
Cons: No bathtub in the bathroom.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location can't be beat. Right in the middle of the center of the Hague. It has a better location than the nearby Hilton since it's closer to the shopping areas (2-3 blocks away). The rooms are decorated very thoughtfully with a style that I'd described as mid-century American but this isn't America. It was a former bank building so there are touches of that in the rooms (i.e. the safe inspired mini bar area). The staff was very friendly and accommodated our room request for a high floor and away from the elevator. This is an ideal boutique hotel that belongs to a large chain (IHG).
Cons: The room cleaning was inconsistent and didn't replace toiletries or minibar snacks consistently. The hotel does not have a gym but has a relationship with a gym 10 mins away. I didn't end up using it. The room (307) is very small and on the darker side so it's not a pleasant place to lounge for long periods of time during the day. Great for sleeping though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel, well located. Very nice welcome. Great breakfast.
Cons: nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Architecture is beautiful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location - central and on a quiet street. The room was beautiful, with high ceilings and a very comfortable bed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, modern design of the room. Comfortable beds, good value of money!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: More more variety on the cooked breakfast
Cons: Location and staff and the building was amazing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The interior decoration was phenomenal. The designers have succesfully delivered a high-class but intimate boutique hotel.
Cons: Nothing at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love this place! Everything was even better than expected: great location in the city center (but no street noise in the room), fantastic design, great food & drinks, super sweet, friendly and professional staff. Would def. go here again when visiting The Hague.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: It was a small charming hotel. The room was small but comfortable with a little nice balcony facing the street. The homely and intimate atmosphere gives a historic feeling to an old vinage hotel. A lovely breakfast served at the table, with several kinds of freshly baked bread, from the bakery next door ,with variety of toppings and fresch fruit, or strawberrys!
Cons: There was no elevator which can be good to be aware of for people with difficulty walking on stairs. Sometimes disturbing noise from street traffic

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room (especially for Europe) with nice furnishings and linens.
Cons: Hotel has a very business feel to it (which is good) with lots of 220v outlets, but lacked direct USB outlets for a traveler from the US - fortunately, I had a travel transformer for my phone, but an alarm clock or outlet bank with USB connection would be helpful.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location okay. Friendly staff at restaurant. clean facility.
Cons: reception area. carpet colors too dark. Breakfast was Boring for 5 days its the same.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, just 10 minutes walk to the centre or The Hague. Nice and clean room and great breakfast
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly Staff. Fully Air conditioned (unlike most properties in Den Haag and it can be VERY hot in the summer). Restaurant was very good (used for one lunch and bar snacks). The manager of the Business Center was extremely helpful and friendly. Location is great.
Cons: 1. Unbelievably, there are no computer terminals available for use by guests, even in the Business Office which caters to pre-booked meetings. I find this particularly odd for a hotel that presumably targets a business/government clientele. 2. Very Minor. Limited streaming channels on room TV. No pay-per-view movie channels.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, service and breakfast
Cons: Giving compliments of water but no tool to open water bottles. Room service promise to give us but forgetting to come back
10.0 Excellent

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable and luxurious. The staff were extremely friendly and thoughtful. The breakfast in the executive lounge was good.
Cons: The evening drinks and canapés in the executive lounge could have been a little wider.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice rooms, nice staff, good location, overall nice hotel
Cons: The room was dark and the breakfast could have been better, especially for a 5 stars hotel. We found an opened juice bottle and opened M&Ms bag in the mini bar, surprising for a 5 stars hotel in my view

Cons: I can’t think about anything

Cons: No comfortable chair, only 1 desk chair.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Location is good. Easy to find restaurants and bars.
Cons: The worst Ibis hotel ever..... Rooms are tiny, beds are not comfortable, shower gives very small water...etc... AND At around 1am we got frightened by the fire alarm. There were quite some smoke in the lobby. Apparently there was something burning in their kitchen. Luckily it was not a big fire and the fireman were able to solve it within two hours. But they don't know what the reason is.... This means it can be risky for other guests in the future. Besides a bad sleep what makes me feel more unhappy is that from beginning to end we heard no sorry or got no help from the hotel.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Old, historical building. Nice personnel, very helpful.
Cons: No info that there are 2 ibises hotel near each other. Easy to make a mistake. Moreover there is no info about how to get to the hotel as it is located in the street you cannot drive in. Very small room, with a basin in the room.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was great and the breakfast was good as well. Friendly staff and the cleaning of the rooms was great.
Cons: While I did know I was booking a "single budget room" the room was in fact one of the smallest I have been at and didn't expect it to be that small. I wouldn't have mind it that much but the value for money wasn't really there. I am sure the other larger rooms they have are way better but I am not holding it against them since I knew what I was booking.
4.3 Okay
Pros: The location was central.
Cons: When we arrived the room had a horrible smell. To fix it staff tried spraying a can of cleaner into the air vents which made it worse. We asked for a room change and were told the hotel was full. We asked for a refund and were told “no” because there was a room available. When we said we absolutely could not sleep there because of the overwhelming smell the staff finally gave us another room which was half the size and we had to share a bed. Still had to pay the price of upgraded room.
