Pros:No line. Everything was quick. Car was easy to pair with my phone. Great customer service.
Pros:The cost worked out great after I insisted on getting the rate that I had received online.
Cons:The person behind the counter insisted that I needed to purchase "minimum insurance on the vehicle since Florida laws don't allow preowned insuance to carry over to rental cars." They also insisted that I needed to pay a $58 per week fee to drive through all tolls since "NONE of them allow cash." I had to step away to call my insurance agent and do some quick research to debunk those claims. The representative seemed very upset that I refused all additional charged. Why I am I in danger of being scammed when renting a car?

Cons:The woman at the desk had an incredibly thick accent and apparently you charge $200 more in fees than reported on the site.

Cons:HAD A CONFIRMED PICK-UP AT ORLANDO AIRPORT, PRICE $871 THIS DIDN'T INCLUDE ANY "OPTIONAL EXTRAS" WE DIDN'T WANT ANY EXTRAS, NOT EVEN EXTRA INSURANCE. AFTER QUEUING FOR 30 MINS WE WERE GIVEN A PRICE OF $3,600 !! THIS INCLUDED EXTRA INSURANCES WE DIDN'T WANT. THIS WAS THEN REDUCED TO $2,400, STILL WITH EXTRA INSURANCE WE DIDN'T WANT. THIS WAS FINALLY REDUCED TO $1,900, STILL WITH SOME EXTRA INSURANCE THAT WE WERE TOLD WE HAD TO HAVE BY LAW. WE THEN TRAWLED UP AND DOWN THE OTHER RENTALS AND FINALLY SETTLED ON ENTERPRISE WHO GAVE US A DEAL FOR $1071 INCLUDING NO EXTRAS. NOT EVEN THE ONES WE HAD TO HAVE "BY LAW" COS, IN FACT, WE DIDN'T HAVE TO HAVE ANY OF THESE EXTRAS. MANY OTHER ENGLISH PEOPLE FELL FOR THE DEAL AND PAID UP. THEY ALSO GOT THE "TOLL FREE" DEAL WHICH WE WERE TOLD YOU HAD TO HAVE. WE AVOIDED THIS BECAUSE WE HAVE OUR OWN 'SUNPASS' UNIT. THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PARTNERS "DOLLAR" CONTINUALLY WORK THE SAME SCAM, BE VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU BOOK WITH.

Cons:When we went to get the minivan we had reserved the attendant said that they had overpromised 1000 cars and they had no minivans. We argued for one half hour and finally got a 12 passenger van that we didn't really want but it was that or nothing no manager on site horrible customer service
