Cons:Difficult to find the drop off point in Warsaw. No one was there to check the car in. The return of the car took way to long. A representative for Thrifty had to go from the counter to the garage and then check the car out and return back to the counter before the check in process was complete.
Cons:I was not informed I needed an international liscence to rent in Poland, which I do not have. They would not rent to me
