Cons:Reserved car was not available, offered an upgrade at my expense. Delivery counter was slow. Car was clean overall, but interior windshield had a cloudy film that created a bad glare.
Pros:The staff was great. When they couldn't source the car that was rented they got one from a competitor.
Cons:It was a seamless transaction.
Cons:Had receipt from gas station 5 miles away but drop off guy tried to tell me it was 7 miles. How desperate for cash are you? In the end he did not charge me but it left bad taste in my mouth.
Pros:Special car was the class booked. Was issued a subcompact car. I do not feel this was appropriate.
Cons:I wasnt told of additional charges I didn't know that I had to have a credit card
Pros:1 hour wait to pick up vehicle
Pros:It was so easy to quickly rent the vehicle, which is exactly what I need after a long flight. The car was in good working order, and there where not issues while I drove it. The only real issue I had with the whole process was trying to find out the daily charge for being under 25 and renting a vehicle. I was unable to find it online, so I had to wait until I was at the desk to find out the exact cost.
Pros:We ended up having to cancel our reservation and lose 28.00 because the person at the counter ran my credit card and locked them up for 24 hours. I will never choose thrifty again. I ended up using national and they were so much nicer and more accommodating.
Cons:The person at the counter should of informed us about the credit issue. She did the same thing with the client before and after us. I also prepayed my rental and she added another 450.00 to the rental tab. Over 700.00 to rent a car for 7 days. National is a much better car rental company. I will never recommend thrifty.
Pros:I did not like any thing
Cons:It took for me to take car for 3 hours,there is no rush but still waited for various reasons,car remote is not working,I want to change the booking on to different name,they are unable to help,they have three phone numbers to call,I called all three first one told to call second one and so on..third one waited on call for 30 min after that representative will talk to me and hang the call with out helping me,he will not call me back
Pros:Nice little compact car.
Cons:Yellow lights of ABS and Ice Road Sliding where intermittently turned on @ the dash board.
