Pros:Easy pick up and drop off
Pros:Price was great. Dolphins was my rep and was so pleasant.
Cons:Long line because of great price.
Cons:Kayak estimated the cost to be $98.77, actual cost for rental was $110.29. I would have shopped at a different company if I would have know the actual price.
Pros:I like that you can select the car you want. We sat in different makes and models to gauge comfort. We were going to be in the car for two weeks. The cars to choose from were pretty rough though. You felt you couldn't hurt them too much. Appreciated the woman who wrote on our slip "dings and scratches all over" with the explanation that this was code for don't bother inspecting this one. Check in was super fast and easy, although I was asked for my gas receipt. I liked that the guy was like "don't worry about it"
Cons:Couldn't see out the windshield the car was so dirty. When we pointed it out they gave us windex and paper towels to clean it ourselves, not cool! The cars to choose from were definitely not created equal. We wanted a Nissan ultima, the one they had was smelly and was black, not a color we wanted in the dead of summer. Price quoted ended up being more at the counter...guess this is how they win your business online with a lower price, that's how they got my business anyway. I made the decision to forego a higher rate co. That would have given me points for the cheaper price, it ended up the same price minus points. Live and learn!

Cons:Actual cost was more than double what I was quoted. Many add on costs that were not revealed until after I got to my destination.

Cons:Despite the reservation, they didn't respect it, when I arrived to New Orleans and pick the car, no car available. Very bad, very disappointed. Other people were complaining as well, they showed no respect at all.
Pros:Car worked for the short period we needed it; car was cleaned quickly when we arrived and Dollar was able to provide the vehicle we needed.
Cons:Sparse options of vehicles on the lot; shuttle ride to/from the airport; not having a direct line to the local service desk and getting the runaround by the 800 person when we needed a quick call to the shuttle driver to retrieve a backpack left behind.
Pros:Drop off was fast and simple
Cons:Pickup was not good. The quote i had booked with online was wrong - i was being charged more which I told them needed to be fixed but the manager wasnt showing up etc. So pickup took way longer than it usually does (around 40 min) and there was only one economy car left in lot (it was not great)
