Pros:The staff was very helpful and efficient.
Cons:The car could be a bit cleaner. Also there were quite a few small scratches all over it. Overall, it was still a good car.
Pros:Nothing
Cons:Provide me with the car type (or similar class) I had actually reserved and not giving me a car that can’t fit my luggage!!! Not to mention the room for passengers.
Cons:They try to cheat you and ripp off around every corner. They make you sign on things you dont see which should be illegal!!

Cons:-pickup could take less than an hour - the agent who is bringing the car over could devide non to stop for food at 1 am while I am waiting for the car at the desk - the car could be clean - had those things happen I would have continued the rental for two weeks as planned and not returning it
Pros:Nothing - unhelpful staff, poorly communicative. We walked away and went next door to Sixt where we met the most wonderful staff who all went the extra mile to help us.
Cons:Our flight was delayed and then the airline re-routed us through Madrid with a 12 hour layover. By the time we got to the rental company they had given our car to someone else. They offered a car that would have cost an extra $10 per day with mandatory insurance of $22 per day!! Highway robbery.
Pros:Staff was friendly and pretty quick to process the rental once I got to the final spot in line. Car drove with no issues.
Cons:Long wait at pickup, and was not informed of mandatory liability insurance in Israel, adding a $14/day charge that I did not know about when booking the car. Had I known about the charge, I probably would have just avoided renting a car altogether.
Cons:I found out that on the booking approval from Car Trawler the car that appear is Peugeot 301 which is much smaller then what I booked (Chevrolet Malibu). Ended up cancelling the reservation and booking from different company
Pros:drop off was easy
Cons:I didn't get the size I ordered. A/C was weak.

Cons:it took hours to collect the car and drop it off for no reason
