Pros: Clean,Friendly staff,Beautiful facility
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was great and the room was clean.
Cons: We got the the hotel at 4:30 and our room wasn’t ready. We didn’t get in the room until 4:50, and we had a wedding at 5:30. I had 15 minutes to get ready and felt frantic the whole time. The stay was nice I just did not have enough time getting ready because our room was not ready at 4:30 (when our check in time was at 4).

5.5 Okay
Pros: The manager refunded the extra $100 that was overcharged, compared to what my confirmation said.
Cons: I was overcharged $100 when I arrived. The WiFi never worked and kicked my daughter off her laptop right before she had to submit her college homework online, after she has worked on it for over an hour. We never had a connection
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Great breakfast, clean nice room, and I can bring my 2 small dogs along
Cons: Pool area is inside and it’s too hot , staff could be friendlier, $100 for room is a little high, should be around $79 night... Cypress location is in a bad location and the Tomball location is under construction...
4.5 Okay
Pros: I will never stay at the hotel again. However I would say the receptionists are super friendly and helpful and would give them a 9 out of 10 rating. I would of given a 10 out of 10 but the manager let the side down.
Cons: On arrival you will walk into a very light bright and appealing foyer / reception area .... however once you have checked in you will turn a corner to find drab grey corridors, a tired painted black elevator which is in desperate need of a paint job and rooms which I can only liken to prison cells. The photos on the booking site bear no reflection to reality. The hotel is under refurbishment and this has been done cheaply. There was no mention of the refurbishment when booking .... there is now due to my complaint. The rooms are painted grey ! Which makes them resemble prison cells and make the rooms very dark. The curtains are terracotta which is a colour clash and ours were hanging off the rail and very difficult to close. The windows were dirty. The bed is super lumpy and hard as were the pillows .... however after complaining the receptionist did go out to purchase new pillows for my stay which I was grateful for. That said it was difficult to have a decent nights sleep as the A/C system is deafening ! We stayed in July and you need A/C as the temperatures and humidity in Texas are high. The corridor carpets are splattered with paint due to the refurb but this just shows how slap dash the refurb is ! The rooms are called suites .... I’ve stayed in many suites over the years and have done in and around Tomball but I think La Quinta are being a little fast and loose with saying the rooms are suites. They are not. The room consists of a bed bedside cupboard desk a small wardrobe TV on another cupboard a bed / settee ( ours didn’t close properly unless you sat on it and it’s gaudy colour looked awful against grey and navy walls and terracotta curtains ..... serious colour clashes ) and then a small fridge in the middle of the room with a microwave sitting on top of it. Both of which looked dated and tired. Apparently I was told that ours had not been fitted in its cupboard.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hot tub and pool area were amazing.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, comfy beds and great breakfast!
Cons: Asked that someone fix the deadbolt in the door and it was not taken care of.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was professional and informative. Breakfast (with the exception of the morning of 5/7 being OUT OF FORKS) was fulfilling and had a nice variety. Easy to access.
Cons: It is in the process of an update, so site was "under construction". The bathroom tub needs help (creaks when you stand on it to shower) and the curtains in the room certainly were from the older decor and just doesn't fit in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is great!
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: staff was great.
Cons: place was under remodel. bathtub was rusty. paint was on all the trim. sheetrock and paint were down all halls and elevator. staff was very nice and helpful. place was just nasty from the workers leaving their mess.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Bed was fantastic
Cons: Commode did not flush correctly
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was in a good location
Cons: There was no hot water we were guaranteed to be hot water by 9 o’clock in the morning on the next day but it never came on.
5.0 Okay
Cons: The doors at this hotel don’t clothes all the way and tend to slam shut really hard and loud. The white lasy at the front desk was a huge racist and didn’t seem to want to make me feel welcome. I paid for one night and it was $160.00 so you would expect a 5 star hotel, except I would say even the Motel 6 was better looking. My room looked like a really low budget place. I wouldn’t stay here again. I’m still in town however decided to stay at the Holiday Inn because everything is 100% better here!
4.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was excellent
Cons: Doing construction on the hotel and it's very loud and messy. Was given a room right in th midst of it all and thought that was poor form. Hammers pounding (after 6pm!) and the smell of fresh paint floating in my room.

Cons: Under constructiin
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and price.
Cons: Phone in room did not work. I reported it the first day and it was not fixed before we left. The tv system was very confusing. There were 2 remotes and no directions for what each one was for.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Reception area was under renovation, but room was brand new. It even smelled new. Nice place to stay.

Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Close to my son
Cons: Under renovation. Usually booking.com discloses this
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Place being renovated, so room was nice but rest was under construction. Would come back and knew about renovation
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: It was not disclosed when booking that hotel was being renovated and had to maneuver around construction equipment. Was also informed that the breakfast area was closed and there would be no breakfast available. I would not have booked if I had known
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The room was acceptable.
Cons: Major rennovation in progress, but no mention from web site or Bookings.Com. No breakfast on Monday; breakfast on Sunday was disgraceful. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: It’s under construction, they don’t tell you no breakfast until your all checked in, THEN there is a sign in the elevator! Our AC didn’t work very well, however by the time we figured out the room wasn’t cooling off with kids it would have been trouble to move. Also through booking I stated that we had a party of 4, 2 of which were kiddos and they gave me the option of the pull-out, we went for it, but then I had to go get bedding and they hated it and slept on the floor/couch, next time we will spend a little more and get a bed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything

Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The breakfast is cereal,Danish that I couldn't tell how old they were, bananas and a weak pot of coffee.
Cons: For about ten dollars more hotels on the other side of the freeway give a real breakfast and newer facility. My wife booked this for me, won't stay here again.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, simple room.
Cons: It was fine, plus a good value. There was nothing to "dislike"...
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean, Quiet and inexpensive
7.0 Good
Pros: Location is good. Room is large. Friendly staff.
Cons: The huge cockroach near fridge, large spider on floor, noisy fridge!
6.0 Good
Pros: Great water pressure, room was very clean.
Cons: Pillows weren't good at all, only thing lacking in my opinion.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Although I didn't need to use them, the room had a two-burner stovetop, an almost full-size refrigerator (as opposed to mini fridge,) and a microwave. The room's amenities would be perfect for anyone needing to stay for an extended period of time.
Cons: The staff were not very friendly and the room was overpriced. I had booked a room with a king-sized bed, but was told on arrival that if I wanted a smoking room, I'd have to change to a room with a double bed. This wouldn't have been that big a deal but the new room also was more expensive. The room was already overpriced to begin with and it felt like a bait and switch, but I was tired and already there, so I took the room. The beds were uncomfortable and hard. The "breakfast" was paltry, consisting of only the bare minimums. When we started to shower, the tub promptly filled with water. This resulted in only one of us being able to take a shower because the tub then refused to drain. When I told the young man at the front desk about the tub being completely clogged, he just looked at me. After repeating my complaint, he said he would tell his Mom. Although the property wasn't filthy, it wasn't the cleanest either.
