Pros. Great staff. perfect location. Fantastic price and amazing room. Loved it.
Cons. Bed was a bit short.. lol
Pros. Staff was super friendly and helpful. In suite laundry was major bonus to wash and dry running gear before packing into suitcase. Room comfortable, well appointed. Historical building was neat, lobby nice, convenient location downtown. Valet parking was expensive but necessary as there appeared nothing convenient around. Well suited to transit and walking. Views were fantastic from 36th floor suite, and gym was great, with super views, on 17th floor. Sandwich/pastry shop off lobby was good, Starbucks immediately across street.
Cons. No in suite breakfast option, so either be prepared (and make use of in suite kitchen), hit restaurant downstairs (which seemed expensive), or plan for pastry or coffee shop mere steps away.
Pros. The place had a nice kitchenette, with even a washing machine and a dishwasher. Although I was only there for a couple of days, I can imagine it's excellent for traveling with family or a long-term stay. The staff, including the cleaning staff, were all super nice.
Cons. Everything was great.
Cons. It was perfect
Pros. It's a historical building right in downtown Toronto
Cons. Overall everything was super no complaints
Pros. The location was excellent for central Toronto with excellent access to convention Centre and tourist interests. It was fabulous to have a kitchonette and clothes washing facilities in the room. (I was upgraded to a higher room and the view was amazing too!).
Cons. Nothing really.
Pros. The cleanliness of the room, wifi, location of the hotel, and friendliness of the staff.
Cons. Nothing
Pros. Loved the open areas and the food/Service was superb
Pros. Great location and for a downtown hotel, couldn’t beat the price
Cons. Woke up to the sound of rodents chewing away in the ceiling - horrible!! Also, elevators were extremely slow - waits of nearly 10 minutes to be expected. Bathroom extremely small.
Pros. The location, the view, the room and amenities and the bank vault !
