Considering hotel is pet friendly, we were disappointed that our dog could not sit on the restaurant patios with us.

Dissapointing
The location is amazing and the view is incredible.
Im accustomed to 4 and 5 star hotels and I guess at a certain pracie point you expect a certain level of courtesy and customer service and my experience was the worst I have had at the check in. They didnt have a room ready for me for 3 hours past my attempted check in and did not give any good info, right after requesting a refund to go to another resort I suddenly got a room well past check in time.

Staycation 2016
The location of this resort is amazing and beautiful. The service and staff were very accommodating and helpful with any and all requests. The pool was clean and refreshing and we found it to be a great place to take young kids. Lots for them to do. The movie in the pool night was a perfect idea!
The rooms are a little outdated but still clean. The beds were not very comfortable and probably need to be updated as well.

Great Stay
We were there for 3 nights over Thanksgiving- second year in a row. We had two dogs- large and small- no problem. Weather was high 70's, lot's of families in the multiple pool areas. Seems to be a good place for families. Ate breakfast there 3 days. Excellent staff and breakfast selections. Great locTion and views.
We had a handicapped bathroom. Shower curtain hung out over the rubber water diverted and bath mat and surrounding floor was soaked every morning.

the hotel staff was accommodating and fixed a double booking my kayak.
I was very unhappy with the kayak service, their price is no better and calling the hotel directly and I have better room choice with the hotel directly. Kayak screwed up my last name reminding my middle and last name so thatthe hotel could not find my reservation. This led to a double booking and a possible double charge but staff at the hotel had to fix it I love this hotel and we'll stay again I will never use kayak again.
