Pros (+) It's clean, the staff is great, and breakfast was solid.
Cons (-) The freeway noise was super loud. Big rigs, harleys, and honking was easily audible in my room (325). Maybe get an even numbered room as I think those might be quiter. It's also in a no-man's-land in regards to anything nearby you might want (bars, stores, etc).
Pros (+) Nothing. You did not have services around you. You had to take the water taxi for $26 per person.
