Pros (+) The front desk clerk was nice
Cons (-) There were bugs in the room. The bed was not comfortable. The room seemed to be dirty. We were missing a towel. Neighbors were noisy at 2-4am in the morning. There were noises in the room all night that sounded like pipes clanging.
