Cons: I had the best experience at National in Veracruz with Manuel and Jessica. They went out of their way to provide EXCELLENT service!!!!

Pros: The service was fast, the car was the one I ordered and the location is convenient to the airport and the area in general.
Cons: The price was not what was quoted, primarily because of the excessive insurance requirements. This is a problem with all car agencies in Mexico. I suppose the agencies believe no one would rent from them if they honestly presented the real costs.
