Pros: A nice view and lovely hosts. Very anxious to please their guests. Offering nice amenities in the bath. Nice continental breakfast with homemade offerings. Having a swimming pool is a plus. Relaxing place.
Cons: It is a residence offering rooms not a hotel as such. A bit tricky to locate. They do have pet cats.
Pros: Warm hospitality of the owner . We ingoy the dog and the cat also (buora & rozalie ) It waz perfect for us.
Cons: Need to have fridge and cuttle in the room
Pros: Wonderful hospitality. We were made to feel so welcome by Brigitte and Dom. They have a lovely house with amazing views over Branne and the Dordogne river and we were told to treat it like our own. This was absolutely genuine. Breakfast was wonderful and our room was so comfortable. Possibly the best bed I have ever slept on away from my own. We were sorry that we only booked 2 nights.
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: Wonderful friendly hosts Bridgette and Dominique and their lovely dog Bora welcome you into their comfortable and interesting home. With a gorgeous view of the Dordogne river, the pool and garden are delightful. Our hosts recommended a fabulous local restaurant and local villages with markets. Breakfast is exceptional. Would thoroughly recommend their hospitality.
Pros: The proprietors were very welcoming and helpful even getting us into a restaurant that was booked. The breakfast was the best we experienced anywhere on our trip through four different countries. The view from our room amazing! Centrally located to explore the Bordeax wine region, truly a high lite of our trip!
Pros: We liked the owners ,they were so friendly and helpful. We liked the big bedroom with seating area and faboulous views. We loved the breakfasts We liked the old house with such a lot of art and history. We liked the view of Dordoyne and the deer in the garden in tbe morning We liked that our hosts advised us to do guided tour of church in St Emilion . Only 6 %of tourists get to see the vaults in the underground church.
Cons: Limited choice of restaurants in the village although we did have lovely meal in the restaurant there. We eat with our hosts on the second night which was great.
Pros: Dom & Brigitte were the most incredible hosts, welcomed us into their lovely home & couldn't do enough to please us. They gave recommendations of places to visit, looked up information for us, recommended & booked restaurants for us. Local restaurant in the village a 10-15 walk, Saint Emellion only 5 miles away & other villages/towns not far away by car, so lots of choice. We had a lovely large & comfortable room with a lounge area & stunning views across to the river. Good size bathroom also with lovely view. Breakfasts were a real treat, continental, the fresh croissants were just the best, baguettes, cheeses, meats, homemade jams, fresh fruit, yogurts, we asked for eggs & they were done & duly cooked perfectly. Fresh coffee, tea & juice. So much I couldn't do it justice so be prepared! We were always greeted from our day out & offered refreshments, likewise when we returned from our restaurant dinner, keen to know how it was. The swimming pool, not heated, so was quite refreshing!! But good returning from a day out on a hot afternoon for a dip, perfect. They both speak fairly good English & between them their understanding & communication really works well, Dom has a wicked sense of humour which was great fun. Thank you both so much for an amazing 5 days in your beautiful home, Jenny & Douglas xx London (Sept 2018)
Cons: Nothing at all that I didn't like, but if I had to really had ask for anything to change it would be a kettle & a tea/coffee option in the room as my husband loves to make a cuppa when he wakes before breakfast. Dom would always give me a large bottle of cold water when I asked after our day out, but maybe a couple of small bottles could also be in the room? We had no trouble finding it but GPS is a must. The road is a one way horseshoe shape & the first is a no entry, keep going & just past the sign you are leaving Branne is the 2nd entrance to the road. Their house is just on the end of the horseshoe curve, to the right. Dom will be looking out for you :)
Pros: Hosts really welcoming and went out of way to add to our comfort – like upgrading the room and providing a kettle. Also assisted in choosing where to visit. Great location for visiting many fantastic places.
Cons: No problems at all. Maybe add simple egg/bacon option for breakfast as well as the extensive continental spread, but ‘when in Rome …. ‘
Pros: Owners were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The property has a stunning view of Branne and a well maintained pool and garden which is lovely to relax in. There were lots of thoughtful touches in the room, like wine glasses and a wine opener. In the bathroom we had loads of toiletries to choose from and even miniature perfumes provided (so I spent our stay smelling like Yves Saint Laurent!). Towels for the pool were also provided which is almost never the case in a B&B! The breakfast was the best we had on our trip- excellent fresh pastries and bread, yoghurts, cheese, cold cuts, fruit. I always ate far more than I intended to! It was an easy walk to Branne which has a lovely restaurant by the river. Brigitte was very helpful with recommendations of where to eat and what to do.
Cons: The only downside was that the toilet for our room was separate so we had to walk down a small corridor to access it. It was still a private toilet but this was a little unexpected as I thought it would be attached to the room.
Pros: The hosts were fantastic. Dominique and Brigitte made effort to help us enjoy our stay. The breakfast spread was something to behold. The best fruits, breads, meats, cheeses and a special dessert each day. The beautiful hilltop view offers a respite to reflect on the days' activities. Our room was actually a spacious suite with a patio.
Cons: The Branne/St. Emilion/Bordeaux area is for wine lovers. Other than absorbing a little local colour, there's not much else to do or see without a considerable drive. Three nights tops for the average wine fan. The property was a little hard to find, GPS coordinates are a must.

Pros: The lady was extremely helpful and nice
Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like
Pros: Most amazing little bed and breakfast. Celine was incredibly helpful, giving us lots of recommendations for the area and preparing a delicious breakfast with her homemade jams! Room was great and the AC was a life saver. Had a nice picnic in the back garden. Very convenient for saint Emilion and surrounding wineries.
Pros: Loved the rural setting, close to Saint Emilion.
Pros: We really liked the place, a typical local french house with a beautiful garden just a few minutes' drive from Saint-Émilion. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade yoghurt, jams and brioche. Ludovic is very nice, welcoming and helpful and he gave us precious tips to visit the area. We would stay there again! Thank you for everything!
Pros: What was not to like about Peyroutas? Firstly, we had the warmest welcome imaginable from Celine’s husband David. We arrived late in the afternoon and David was extremely helpful with advising local restaurants and attractions. And our room!!!! Totally French Provincial and totally beautiful ♥️ our room was very spacious and had everything in it that we needed. The communal kitchen was very well stocked with tea, coffee, little Madeleine cakes (yum) and was very excited inviting. We had our complimentary continental breakfast in here, prepared by Celine (who is so chatty and friendly). Although we didn’t have our dog with us, another couple did - and there didn’t appear to be any issues with bringing a fur-baby along. The views were lovely, and the outdoor areas were very relaxing. I would highly recommend this accommodation - there was absolutely nothing about it i didn’t like!!
Cons: There is nothing bad about this property. It’s fabulous!!
Pros: Peacefulness, accessibility - parking, closeness to Saint Emilion and other places in the area. Privacy of the room at the end where we stayed. Very romantic and well equipped room and the bathroom.
Cons: Breakfast was the same for all 7 days (home made products were very nice), maybe more variety and possible eggs for breakfast are needed. Maybe more comfortable garden chairs are needed.
Pros: Celine gave us a very friendly reception, and the room was OK.
Cons: Breakfast less wide-ranging than other places on our tour.
Pros: Very friendly, great breakfast, very accommodating

Pros: The property itself is very beautiful overlooking a nice garden and a lawn right on the rivers edge. Our quarters were very roomy and seem newly and tastefully refurbished. The couple who own the house are very nice and helpful people. They do not speak English but somehow we managed to communicate well with them with our basic French. The breakfast was very good too.
