I liked the peace and quiet and the beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and efficient.
food and beach
The staff were excellent. The heated pool was too cold to use! and the menu in the restaurant was over fussy.
An excellent hotel, food excellent, staff helpful. Great hotel for just relaxing and pampering yourself. No
I had stayed at the hotel some 9 years earlier and it was special then, I have to say the standard has moved on to a level that I found exceptional I will be returning next year for a longer stay and will be telling my friends to visit also.
The hotel stuff was extremely friendly and flexible. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pleasant room with balcony and seaview Good facilities Parking not very accessible Difficult drive through town centre to find hotel
Lots of very discreet area's around the grounds with palm tree's and 3 pools it never felt crowded. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with all hot food cooked to order and fantastic views over the sea. Both restaurants were also excellent. The views from the hotel are fantastic. Wished I could have stayed longer and will definatly return.
Silence, far away of city
relaxation, quiet, great food, excellent helpful staff, great location small point,no evening room tidy and change towel service
We arrived at the hotel at midday and the receptionist got us a room immediately. The rooom itself was lovely, balcony looking on the sea, full window view. I was slow to book the hotel due to its recent opening but you will not find a nicer hotel in the area. The resort itself if quiet and very spanish which is lovely for a different type of holiday. Most people have a little english and enough to get by! The pool was fantastic, we were there mid-week so it was easy to get sun loungers and there were no children in the pool. This is a hotel for a nice relaxing get away, I would not recommed it for families but for anyone else its top class. Breakfast was a buffett. No bar lunch in low season and dinner was a high standard if willing to pay Lunch and dinner faclities were not for anyone on a low budget but plenty of other options in the area.
Very clean and well maintained.
Good location close to beach and nearby bars and restaurants also nearby the old town. This is an international resort and thre were many nationalities staying in the hotel but the only TV available was in Spanish, it would have been good to have had the news available in different languages. It would also have been good if there were tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.
Location, sea view, cleanliness, design poor breakfast - terrible coffee, old bread; paper thin walls - noise from other rooms and a street
Nice room with balcony and wonderful view over the sea. Friendly staff and a beakfast buffet of good quality.
The room was clean and spacious, as was the ensuite bathroom. There is no bar, there is no restaurant (cafeteria service until 10am for breakfast only). If you want a drink or snack, you have to use vending machines (in a supposed four star hotel!) some of which aren't even plugged in. The cleaners do their room rounds with a supermarket shopping trolley. The pool was freezing cold. There was no iron in the hotel. There was no plug in the bath.
Very quiet, brand new! The breakfast is awful and the decor is that of an office, it is not 4 stars and will not keep them for long!
I like the location as I liked to walk to the beach. The hotel building was different than same tall hotel buildings in Benidorm. The hotel in new so it was clean and pleasant to stay there. The breakfast should be more various.
A great modern design. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. Great views and convenient position for onward travel. The air conditioning was impossible for me to operate.
The room including the bathroom Access to hotel entrance. Shower head was painful. No facilities were operational. No international TV programmes. Tiny lifts, although proposed for 6 persons.
the rooms were very clean and new No where to get a coffee or a drink, poor seating areas, we arrived about 1pm, 2 people were on reception. We registered but asked to wait an hour before room would be ready. Waited an hour then returned to reception. Only one man on reception then and a large queue. Not good enough for a 4star hotel.
nice clean modern hotel solo male english drunken men!
Friendliness of the staff. Easy to find. Ease of parking. Free drinks in fridge. This is an ideal hotel for a couple of nights, or a business trip, but not ideal for a family holiday. There was no cupboard space in room so small items had to be left in cases. The sun terrace closed too early in the evening (8pm) - it should be possible to block off swimming pool if need be but leave terrace open so guests could enjoy evening air, if they want to, as there are no balconies and you need somewhere to smoke, apart from outside the front door.
The hotel was very clean the staff extremely helpful and friendly and the room warm and welcoming We felt we were the only people staying at the hotel as it was very quiet. It had a bar but because of lack of clients it was never welcoming. We felt if there was English Channels on the tv in the room the stay would have been more enjoyable
Great location - pleasant enough hotel - perfect for a short break
we have stayed here several times now and have never been dissapointed by this hotel
The hotel, the food, and the facilities were all excellent
The views and location. No coffee available during the lunch/dinner.
I liked the plesent design of the hotel and I appreciated how clean the hotel was maintened in both the public araes and my room. The bar staff were particular effecient and cheerful. Not being able to take a drink from the bar into the the dinning room, when dining alone.
The rooms were comfortable, parking was on site and the a la carte restaurant was excellent the pools, while no use at the time of year we were there would be tool small
good room, service was prompt and attentive its location is excellent for all that benidorm has to offer
The sea view and the location. The buffet food. Quite poor in quality.
Two double beds fantastic, views from the bar and restaurant brilliant.location is excellent. The cold buffet was very good, plenty of choice but, the choice of hot food was very limited. People do not always want to eat salads and cold meats and cheese.
Excellent location between the two beaches in the old town area. Taxi and buses two minutes walk away. Seafront 5 mins away. Mostly flat and easy walking. Buffet meals fresh plentiful and varied. Bar prices reasonable for this class of hotel. Free Cava at breakfast very enjoyable. Red wine we had in the restaurant good quality. Outside, plenty of Spanish cuisine to be tried and enjoyed. Great mix of Spanish and other Europeans in the hotel and locally. We were lucky with the weather which made the holiday for us. As we went out of season no stag or hen parties about. Surprised at the amount of older people enjoying themselves. Yes we would go again at about the same time of year and recommend this hotel with no hesitation. Emailed asking for a sea view and if they did a meet & greet at Alicante airport, got no reply. As it happened, all the rooms get some views of the coastline.
great scenery and mountain background. The hotel building was great and the golf facilities very good! The red zone was noisy with people singing and using the TV at 5 in the morning.
the hotel prices on drink; dining and room service extortionet. would recommend hotel but dine and drink out
Friendliness of staff.
At special discount price, it was excellent value. Pools, location, breakfast and room staff were all excellent also. It is a lovely place to stay and we will definitely return! We did not get any information at reception when we arrived and had to ask where to get pool towels, breakfast, etc.etc. Also, lacking a shop. Nowhere to buy a book, magazine, tissues, phone credit etc. Not everyone wants to jump in a car and travel into Benidorm when on a quiet weekend break.
the swiming pool ,spa, and the food you have to walk a long time to reach the room it is very very far from the reception and all the rest and no free wifi
Architecture was excellent, Nice room, staff excellent
Fabulous architecture and design. Not as lively as I expected.
large rooms, patio with great view and comfort. Golf course process at check-in was cumbersome and non efficient
Our room was lovely, the bed huge and very comfortable. Resort was very clean & staff very helpful. Breakfast was very good with a vast range of choices. The pool areas are spotless & beautiful, alot of thought has gone into the planning of these areas. Was dissapointed that there was no hairdryer in the room. Although its a very impressive hotel/resort/village its a young hotel trying to look like an old hacienda, its almost trying too hard. Never felt like we could truly relax there, not any real atmosphere. No privacy on our terrace. Prefer something more intimate.
The golf course and the club house It was about an hour and a half away by foot to the nearest beach and was very quiet to the point of being eerie. Perhaps we went at the wrong time.
The friendliness of staff. The layout of the hotel, the pools were fantastic, the comfort - it felt like home on a grander scale.
the quality of the building was good.swimming pool area was outstanding-very classy.Bedrooms stylish with good size and facilities.Felt the staff in general were helpful and happy. I felt the food and beverages department needs to up a level.Breakfast was good but at 25 euros too expensive.Bar meal late at night was poor, the asia restaurant meal was ok but felt it just lacked a little class the sweet was a frozen bannana wrap which was bland.Poolside restaurant - ifelt the food was bland more so the sauces.Another big issue was the correct utilisation of public areas
Staff were absouletely wonderfull. The pools out side were amazing and very attractive. At this hotel you should have a better Lounge/ Bar with variety of drinks. in black was disaster, it should not be categorized as gastronomy !! they run out of wine ! they have only two bottels of wine!! Resturants in general were below expectation. at check out we were over charged and we have to tell the receptionist to rectify the mistake. check out process was not efficient neither accurate !!!!
The magnificent gardens and excellent staff. Cuisine was not up to level of hotel------Poor in fact .Eg Stale crisps and poor bread with too much mayonnaise delivered to our room , Breakfast greasy -----We could go on .
Very nice hotel, friendly people, great spa. I was very quiet first week of Novemeber but weather was still very nice..
A real paradise on the Costa Del Sol Spa not flexible on treatments offered, strange in times of recession.
very nice gardens indeed, stylish theme but luckily not overly "asian". typical international layout for this class of resort. popular hotel with the wealthier spanish. helpful staff. comfortable room layouts. nice pools. not much, maybe the choice of snacks from the bar is a bit limited for the demanding hungry guest. plastic goblets around the pool is fine for safety, but I would have preferred glass at the poolbar itself.
I liked the grounds, gardens and pools and the fact it was not overely crowded. The staff had warm and loving personalities. They were filming a movie but hardely notice any difference in the service. I loved the massage and the staff was incredible! :>) I can not think of anything I did not like. The first night we were tucked in a corner with out much of a veiw but the staff moved us with out to many questions. we were moved to a room that had a nicer view of the pools and gardens. I felt bad asking to being moved, but the staff seemed to understand.
The atmosphere. The price of the drinks.
the location was very good being near to all the parts of benidorm.also it was nice to have a mixture of both spanish and english food
did not like this hotel food was awfull people unfriendly no tea or coffee facilitys in room very poor will not be stoping here again
the hotel was very clean the food was of very good standard the staff were very helpfull and friendly
We stayed at the Poseidon Palace, the airco was very good at night and the rooms were cleaned properly every day. You can only sit inside to eat and the food is just average. I would recommend less choice of food but better quality. It would also be nice if you could order fresh orange juice in the morning (have no problem to pay for it).
the meals were good as was the entertainment the rooms though clean could look more cheerful
Not over impressed with the dinner the first night, . Veg were cold. better second night. Breakfasts good.
Clean facilities, helpful staff, good buffet and selection of food. We had a family room with 2 double beds right next to each other that filled the room leaving no space between the 4 of us lined up sleeping. A double and 2 singles would have been more comfortable.
The room was very clean and cool. The food was terrible.
not much choice in the food
The room and the food were good.
The staff were so friendly and they all could speak english. This was a great advantage to us as we dont speak spanish.Very helpfull on what to do and were to go. Markets and bus numbers to get you to old town.I would go back to this hotel again and tell my friends It was holloween weekend and all the staff made the effford to dress up and decorate the hotel
I loved sitting in the large peaceful reception area and piano bar. The reserving of sunbeds from the early hours in the morning even if the owners of the towels didn't turn up until late morning or even after lunch. I think this practice should be stopped by management.
The room was spacious and clean and comfortable The buffet breakfeast was not good, no clean tables and nobody to help us
excellant breakfast.. with 'cava & vino blanco' ! luxury hotel, fantastic gardens & pool realy helpful friendly staff. great large rooms & good value for ££.. no negativity !
Clean, lovely pool, friendly staff. No coffee and tea making facilities in the room.
Large breakfast selection and spacious pool & gardens
Clean, tidy and a wonderful view. Breakfast was a bit of a free for all!
Excellent breakfast, large choice of food. Whilst clean, some public areas looked a little tired after the busy summer season
Nice surrounding of hotel The staff would not be flexible, we asked for a King bed we did not get this then asked if the twins could be made into this and this we were told was not possible!
convenience to facilities Staff in all areas superb. air con intrusive thru night.Rooms should be carpeted for insulation
Where the Hotel was situated
pool but wasnt child freindly the other quests were not child tolerent we felt that they had to be quiet all the time plus no entertainment for them
i alway's felt relaxed the down hill ski slope
It´s amazing view to the sea dirctly , breakfast is good also, staff is good , you will found a very good resturates around the hotel like (Mason) and (Ulai) Barking car availble but in charge so i found free barking near of the hotel, room furnture not as 4 stars hotel but it´s ok.
Very smart hotel. Perfectly positioned for the beach and town. Have been going to Benidorm 6 times a year for the last 10 years and probably the best hotel I have stayed at. Very small swimming pool for the size of the hotel but its a minor gripe to be honest.
Closeness to front. Off road parking, evening meal was excellent. They served the evening meal to us which was 4 courses and very good quality, also well presented. Staff were excellent - very jovial and helpful. Breakfast buffet was a bit meagre. The eggs were overcooked. But there was a good choice of meats and cheese, also pastries, croissants etc.
Quality of food in the restuarante very poor considering the pricing and fact of waiter service, was expecting a far more varied menu and presentation which was appealing to the eye, as it was the standard was very poor.
A superbly located beachside hotel, efficiently run, with clean and comfortable large rooms. No faults.
Good location overlooking the beach and sea. Near to all main parts of the town. No
I would reccommend this hotel great location very easy going ,clean ,and pleasant staff
although we were only there for 3 nights we found the eve entertainment was very poor, and were back in our rooms by 9.30pm as it was not so good
Helpful and friendly staff. Time waiting for lifts.
Due to flight delay we arrived late (01:30) the receptionist and security guard were very welcoming and provided a meal and drink which we much appreciated The food was hit and miss
the staff are so helpfull nothing was to much trouble for them. The hotel as great veiws of whole of benidorm beach from hotel rooms. The mals at the hotel were great value as this was encluded in booking would stay here again
All of the reception staff were very friendly, the room was very clean, we experienced a leak from the room above, we were immendiatly offered another room, the restaurant had a very good selection of food, all fresh. I will definatly stay at this hotel again i couldn't fault it. there was one thing that the hotel had no control over, a man was spitting from the room above and as our balcony was on the roof of the restaurant it was landing on the roof, as we were sitting talk it wasn't a very nice experience. But this would not put me off staying at the hotel
This next point was not a problem for us, as we know the area, but talking to an older couple at the next table, they were sold this hotel by travel agents wanting a holiday in Benidorm,as this hotel is approx 3 kilometers from the centre of town, they were not happy, you need a car or taxi,(N.B. this was no fault of the hotel) but on a plus point, your unlikely to be plagued with stag and hen parties!
fantastic view from my 13th floor balcony
Staff services and near to beach was good Yes, you had to rent a refrigerator, it was not included and not mentioned at your webbsite and parkingplaces was to expencive and few.
first time i visited the hotel was because i had friends staying there and what struck me most was how clean it was so i decided to stay there as well i likes mostly everything about the place
I cannot say a lot, since I stayed just for one night. The hotel and it's staff is ok. Cleanliness was not so good, I found a used tissue (or toiletpaper) in the bathtub
The hotel was situated well, rooms are clean and fresh (old furniture). All rooms had a balcony with a nice view over the sea. Off season (we visited in may) 99% are senior guests (60+). No activities organized for people of any other ages. Food was bad: bad selection, low quality, no seafood, no fruits.
the view from all the rooms is absolutely fantastic. the food i enjoyed such a good selection a very relaxing hotel. i went swimming in the pool and with it being November it could of done with being heated.
Location to the beach, perfect all inclusive serving in restaraunt Several rented cars including ours that were park near hotel were robbed by breaking window. Hotel staff didn't provide their own parking and didn't notify about unsecure parking within 20 meters behind the hotel. In rentacar company they said that some touristic places like this one are dengerous from the robbery point of view. Please use hotel or other parking with cameras and don't leave your belongings in a car especially between checkout (12:00) and lanch time (13:00 - 15:00). Hotel can provide place for temporary holding your thins.
Hotel situation is good for the beach and staff helpful. Beds comfortable and rooms adequate. Also entertainment laid on. The main course of food, especially dinner was not up to a very good standard in our view, but restaurant clean and comfortable.
Everything was spotless, food good and plentiful, close to the beach We didn't realise we were so far away from the old town. The entertainment was geared to 'old folk' who only want to ballroom dance
Have stayed here before and will use again. Ideal location with lots of parking available. We liked the option of 1/2 board. There was lots old elderly folk which was not a problem. Food was not as good as previous visits to this hotel. The choice of meats is not so varied and what was on offer was of lower quality than before....
Clean room near the beach Staff rude no waiter service pool bar not open.
great location there is no washing gel in bath room
The hotel is a nicely located right opposite the beach the fact that you have to pay extra for a fridge, safety box and beach towels
the food was very good. not enough information about local busses. Not enough Lifts ,only 4, for 17floors (19 counting ground & restaurant. 300+rooms
Position of hotel Entertainment
Non-smoking public areas and restaurant. So much healthier than most establishments in Spain. I would have liked wifi Internet access so I could do some work while I was in Benidorm.
the view, location to shop's and beach. more choice in food range,
Hotel location, good staff ,food was above average, nice atmosphere Slightly disappointed there was no minibar in the room,DID not like being charged 9 euros per day to park in the car park
Food, Reasonable entertainment Soundproofing left a lot to be desired. Getting a lift at meal times was difficult
The staff were all very pleasant and helpful We did not feel the food was of 4 star standard
The sweet selection at dinner, hotel reception helped with room 1604 allocation , great view ,and no noise . This is not not not a 4 star hotel , just bordering on a 3 star.this hotel and rooms are in need of a major facelift , typical kiss me quick , shell suit hotel , ok if on a budget with kids , poor entertainment , will not go back !!! although on way back to valenciacalled into a sister hotel the 3 star denia port hotel , what a difference !!! brill facilities and quality , so may book to stay there in the future.
Family hotel, ideally situated. very relaxing. pleasant and helpful staff.close to all facilities yet very quiet. Bedroom was looking tired.
Great food Rooms were of a very poor standard for a 4*. Wood chip walls and a £20 tv set are not indicative of a 4*.
Parking was easy, staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were clean It had little character because it was so new and the food was very spanish, not a lot of things that fussy english children would eat
Just outside the center . Quiet in the nights
Large room with a comfy sofa and balcony. Overall good value for money. Location good for us as it wasn't right in the town (which was crowded). Reception staff were a bit off hand and not so helpful.
Spaciousness, cleanliness and aslo out of the hustle and bustle of Benidorm. The rooms are big and the food is excellent Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms
Its position was very good - just out of town but close enough to walk in. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. As an english person having tea/coffee facilities in the room would be great
A good modern hotel with two excellent pools. Room was spacious, Staff very helpful. Buffet food was excellent. No tea/coffee making facilities. Bed a bit hard - very Spanish! No anti-slip ridges in bath - very dangerous.
Room was large, well equiped & good bathroom. Reception staff were courteous & helpful. Had read some negative comments about staff but these were unfounded during our stay. Nice indoor seating area with entertainment although we did not watch performances. Very near Benidorm Palace our prime reason for our stay. Good for couples out of season & away from school hols. There was nothing during our stay that was detrimental, although I can imagine that the inner courtyard that acts like an echo chamber could be very noisy & disturbing in busier times.
the room and the pool good but cant see how it gets 4 stars breakfast ok but the dinner was very poor.. most left it on the plate we went to the cafe next door
the food and the amenities
Nice hotel food fair However drink upgrades expencive could not purchase a bottle of decent wine with meal. All drinks at bar served in plastic glasses not expected in 4 star hotel,Wi fi only hotel I have stayed in that charges 6 euros a day for this service.Lots of noise from hen and stag parties drinking cheap spainish drinks on all inclusive.Paid 840 euros for week had better for less. All listed above sorry.
I cold bring with me my dog
The staff and guests were all very friendly and a nice atmosphere. The all inclusive package gave good value in terms of food and drinks. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The hotel was stylish, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Evening meals were a bit hit and miss in terms of choice. Lunches were much better. Although we saw a good show called spirit of the dance and they had a duo on one night for dancing the rest of the entertainment programme was very poor.
Excellent food choice, Clean and friendly staff
Went here in January as local ex pat resident ,at less then half what we had paid this time and thought it was good value; but this time we had to pay before we had even seen the room. we had a drink in the poolside bar from plastic glasses..hardly 4star treatgment. the food was not very good ,it was more quantity rather then quiality. the staff were very pleasent . But not of the standard we had in January. very disapointed, would not go back.SORRY This should be in next box.
The view was excellent at 15 floor. Food was very tasty and staff friendly, and the comfort and cleaning also good. The noise when maids cleaned.
Not a moan, but an on site gift style shop would be nice.
the staff were really friendly the rooms were spotless and the food was great loved the hotel just didnt like benidorm
Elegant design. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Gastronomic restaurant. Small room. Small bed for two.
Amazing place, beautiful food! No swimming pool
The location of the hotel has a difficult access, especially if there's a festivity going on - like the evening I arrived - and the taxi couldn't get closer than 300 meters from the hotel which is on a hill. Foreign alcoholic drinks (too) limited available and not in line with a 5 star hotel. This hotel deserves 4, maximum.
Utterly luxurious and very select - just as 5 star hotel should be. The entire experience was delightful with charming staff and a superb location. The views from the bedroom were stunning and the bed blissfully comfortable. The junior suites are well worth the money and we will definitely stay again
staff very friendly, location good, views lovely.. no not really..
Very nice view from our room The rooms are very too small for a 5* hôtel
Friendly staff. Very clean throughout. Relaxing. Half board menu very restrictive for a week or more stay (too repetitive). Needs to be extended to give more choice.
Soul-less hotel with dreadful food.
Beautiful pool area and very impressive background.rom balcony was stunning Impressive reception area. Room we had was small but adequate, but view f Breakfast was poor for a four star hotel
The hotel is a landmark itself and was the highest building of Spain for 5 years... Now still, the view on the 43rd floor is impressive. Our room was on the 31st, which was a joy both by day and night. Brace yourself for mass-breakfast under tl lighting... Not really cosy. Due to bad weather we used the dinner 1 night in the hotel. Big disappointment, as all the food was overcooked in the buffet style heaters. (Outside the hotel enough better options for fresh and tasty dinner)
The View from our hotel room Bar Staff and Buffet room Staff very rude, very hard to get served at the bar unless you were Spanish!! but yet they still expected to be tipped.
We didn´t do much. We discovered to late what the hotel had to offer. The service of the front desk is not one expects from a 4* hotel.
Good pools, convenient location, but it is not in Benidorm but convenient for Poniente beach at the South end. This is not a four star hotel should be classified as three star. The waiter service restaurant was closed. The pools were very cold - surprising when other pools in the area were much warmer. Lifts slow. Air conditioning in the rooms was not effective even when on full
The view =) A big black hair on my "clean" pillowcase; and the next day the breackfast wasnt very good, all the food was cold.
Room comfortable and clean, the food was good and there was a good choice available. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room.
This hotel was really convenient for our business trip. The hotel was absolutely delightful, the staff were friendly and informative. The buffet was gorgeous and plenty to choose from. Will definately stay here again.
Nothing Restaurant staff rude & unhelpfull. Reception unhelpfull.Decor and facilities in need of refurbishment. Rooms dull and uncomfortable, especially the beds. Staff in general unhelpfull and unpleasant. Would not recommend hotel.
Very helpful staff, excellent location, good food comparing to restaurants around Very small room (the one for single occupancy), some problems with electicity in the room - it was switching off every 10-20 minutes if airconditioning, hairdryer and light were on.
The Belroy was situated in an ideal location. The staff were very friendly
The excellent decor and pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel was well situated for most Benidorm attractions and the half-board option was excellent value. One very small thing the hangers in the wardrobe of 1212 were incorrectly spaced.
The room was spacious and the bed very comfy, the bath was full sized so that was a bonus too, the lounge on the 1st floor was really nice and one particular bar staff was so happy and smiley it made up for others that weren't, Staff not very happy or didn't seem to be, not a cosy look but thats not what the hotel was looking for, the pool was very cold as the sun doesn't really get a chance to shine on it the way the hotel is positioned and the only bit of sun bathing area in the afternoon was around the back where there was very little room probly just enough for 10 loungers, oh and around the pool was very slippy when wet.
The quietness and standard of comfort.
the use of the sauna was verry good indeed the breakfast could have been a little better for 4 star hotel the eggs were not cooked properly and on leaving we had to be outside the hotel for 7-45am for the bus to the airport so we had to miss a breakfast the staff let us in to try and have something coffeeand bread but it was not organised properly the receptionist asked them to put out jam and butter as we had already paid for our breakfast this was very poor indeed i do not blame the staff but for 4 star hotel the organisation could and should be better
very disabled friendly plenty of room to store electric wheelchair etc. Only drawback lifts small so not able to take chair to room. funny musty smell could be from drains or waste chute that runs through hotel noticed more when room shut up. Goes after a while.
The friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The easy parking facilities and access to the hotel from the car park.
very central to just about everything.
Modern and stylish hotel, excellent location. I don't reccomend the boarding option as the variety of restaurants nearby is fantastic. Pools, lounge areas and cafe were all very nice and comfortable. Typical to spain, the hours of the pools (even the indoor one) and gym were short and not geared for int'l travellers.
the pueblo hotel was an excellant hotel for location to all the entertainment venues,it was very clean and the food was fantastic i would recommend to anyone. nothing
this was not the same hotel. as i stayed in as march its gone down hill quickly. the food every thing cold that was supposed to be hot.and waiters taking food dishes before you finish youre meal.
Food was nice. Bar to stay open longer.
The food was excellent and although the location was noisy was central for Benidorm The room! It was disgusting, smelt strongly of mould and and [room 2004 annexe builing] We worked out because it was situated where the sun could not get through as huge trees prevented this. That said if the trees were removed then the room would be overlooking a very busy bar. I dont think the rooms should be used for this reason!
Excellent selection of food in restaurant. Leisure facilities very good. Evening entertainment good.
We thought the food was of a very high standard and plenty to choose from, cooked really well. will be back in april. I would have liked to have stayed in the main part of the hotel rather than in the annex block 2 which has very small rooms. But still very comfortable.
Staff were very helpful at all times, and there was very easy access to nightlife, shops and bars. Noisy bedrooms and food not hot enough.
nice pool good food nice area for hotel rooms were not large enough
close to all amenities. Bus facilities very handy. Entrance to & from the Garage, Keys were very hit & miss.
Pool No tea or coffee making facilities in room and breakfast was not good
The suite we hired had a nice bathroom and balcony. Good standards. The place was deserted. Only 1 restaurant out of 8 was open and the other hotel was closed! Some facilities (as advertised) were not available.
Everything. Price for the dinner buffet a bit expensive, but excellent food and service. Best dinner buffet ever.
The excellent facilities.
Beautiful setting, luxury accommodation with potential to be a very special place The 'customer service' was appalling. Rude staff at reception and a friend's request for a quiet room was not only ignored despite there being a large number of alternative rooms available but they were also very unpleasant about it. This resulted in her leaving early as she was so upset by the experience. There were one or two exceptions but this really needs addressing.
it is comfort and good value for money no
The grounds are stunning and you feel like you are in a very luxurios hotel from the moment you step out of the taxi, the heated swimming pool was great and the food was really good. Would definitely return.
The setting is tremendous and the hotel is really very nice indeed. Very big rooms, good breakfast, relaxed atmosphere. We were there early Sept and the hotel was only about 10% occupied. While this made life comfortable, it also meant that several of the bars/restaurants were already closed and the place had an empty feel at times. The hotel is located outside Benidorm and getting into town is a 12-14 euros ride. There is ample parking at the hotel if you have hire-car (although, as i say, we were there off season). Minor quibble is that wi-fi is 3 euros per hour or 12 euros for 12 hours. This mounts up if you are computer-dependent.Weather was fantastic and no problem getting sunbeds. i am not a golfer but the courses looked superb. Expensive wi-fi
Pool and room fantastic
Spacious room with beautiful view.friendly helpfull staff.excellent golf
