Cons (-) Meant to book W hotel in Hollywood. Made a mistakeand booked the other hotel.in Westwood. My husband was ill. Needed to check into the W Hollywood. Was unable to cancel the W in Westwood, even tho both managers tried. The unresolavable problem was booking through a third party. So I paid for two expensive rooms and only used one.
