i had booked the room online around 11:30 am and when I went to check in around 6 the hotel was overbooked. Therefore I did not have a room and had to find another hotel to stay at. Also, the front desk clerk was very rude and the place was in the middle of remodeling.
After only 2 hours I decided this wasn't the place for my family to stay and had no problems getting a refund. We booked at a low price, that was good, but you get what you pay for. Pool is broken, no elevator, rooms smell, and TVs were fuzzy.
Our accessible room & bathroom seemed clean; bed was comfortable; complimentary cold cereal, milk, coffee and toast was better than no breakfast! Didn't feel safe unless locked in room at night. Noisy neighbors.
Free coffee. But only in the morning Internet wasnt working the whole i was there
Price. Bed was good. Very worn room. Staff was not very friendly.
Clean, great rate. Had all necessities. Had ONLY necessities. Occasional odd smell in bathroom, but very minor.
This is a very dirty, smelly hotel. Very nasty and gross carpets and walls. Never recommend or stay at this hotel again!
Nothing. I will never be able to stay at a motel 6 again. I noticed a weird smell after laying down for bed. I found someone had vomited between the mattress and box spring. I went to front desk for help. He was polite but could only provide room refresher as the room and most other motels were booked. I have stayed in Motel 6 properties for years with only good experiences. I expect compensation for a room in this condition.
Everything was fine, in fact the worse part was the lights were too bright if you can call that a complaint. In a new surrounding I like to leave a dim light on to find my way to the bathroom in the middle of the night, other wise it was all good. The front desk people were not as friendly as other locations. There was a guy (don't have his name) there on the Friday or Saturday morning who actually had a conversation with me, and was friendly while professional, but the one at check in and the other times was just professional and a bit stiff and totally impersonal..... not "Hello", "Welcome...." or anything of a friendly nature. They were professional, and courteous, just not friendly or happy to see guests.
The price and the fact it was on the second floor were the best part. Rooms needed major renovation. Inner lock (not deadbolt) was broken on the inside, remote was held together with a piece of duct tape and phone was disgusting. Did not feel safe as a woman traveling alone.
Nothing Was the worst night of my life. Temperature below zero and no heating, I had to sleep with clothes, boots and hat. No breakfast as offered. Not even clean, the telephone was an ashtray, gross. The bathroom curtain molded as the fridge. I wanted to cry. Kayak shouldn't sell this kind of place at all.
