The vehicle was very comfortable with a smooth ride.Cons:
We waited for 2 hours for our vehicle. Our original vehicle was not available for whatever lie they told us. And we needed to upgrade to a more expensive car that was not in our budget but were forced to rent since we had Thanksgiving plans and were on a schedule. Personnel was friendly but we can see right threw there lies. Just be honest next time.10.0 Wonderful

The car was nice and clean.Cons:
While the car was fine, the poor rating is for the lack of customer service that I experienced. The staff was (in particular Javier) is rude and very Unaccommodating. They made everything difficult for me as a customer. Every question or request was confrontational and was a “no” response. In the future, I will make sure to avoid Budget/Avis Diamond Bar for my rental needs. They have a 1 and a half star on Yelp, and I can totally understand why. Avoid Budget and Javier at all costs.Hertz

Pros:
The staff was very friendly, and more importantly they were punctual. I didn’t have to wait to get my vehicle and the car was a very nice 300S. Golda was a great representative and I was more than satisfied her customer service! I will definitely be back to rent cars at this location. Overall experience was excellent!9.2 Wonderful

Cons:
They didn't have the car that we reserved for. Instead of upgrading us for free, we had to pay more. Short handed, the poor guy was trying his best but he can do only so much. He has to help front counter, do the walk around, wash the car since they don't have any available. we had to wait 45 minutes. When I returned the car, same story. Same guy working alone. There were around 5 or 6 people ahead of me. My wife has a dental appointment so I had to drop my wife off to her dentist and went back to return the car..KX Car Rental
