Pros: The vehicle was very comfortable with a smooth ride.
Cons: We waited for 2 hours for our vehicle. Our original vehicle was not available for whatever lie they told us. And we needed to upgrade to a more expensive car that was not in our budget but were forced to rent since we had Thanksgiving plans and were on a schedule. Personnel was friendly but we can see right threw there lies. Just be honest next time.

Cons: They didn't have the car that we reserved for. Instead of upgrading us for free, we had to pay more.
Short handed, the poor guy was trying his best but he can do only so much. He has to help front counter, do the walk around, wash the car since they don't have any available. we had to wait 45 minutes.
When I returned the car, same story. Same guy working alone. There were around 5 or 6 people ahead of me. My wife has a dental appointment so I had to drop my wife off to her dentist and went back to return the car..
