It was a nice drive in a Tahoe, a bit disappointing in the cargo size even with the third seat downCons:
The rear bumper pad was loose, we noticed this when we packed the car and did call enterprise. I also filled a concern on their web site but never heard back. I had to hold the pad down when opening the gate. To me , it looked like the car was in an accident as the left back was more glossy then the right back side. They should have told us or taken a price bit off, instead we were charge one day extra, $90 for being a planned 5 hours late.7.6 Good

I reserved a luxury car for more comfort for my 10-hr drive and they did not have a luxury car available on site. What's the point of reserving a car they won't have? This is why the "average" rating.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I rented a car and went to the wrong location. The rep Leigh said no problem he could adjust the reservation and still gave me a car. I told him I might need it for a longer period of time and he said okay just give me a call personally and I will get that taken care of for you. I ended up calling him to extend my reservation with no problem. He was very helpful. Great ServiceHertz

Avis allowing me to exchange car when the check engine light came on in NashvilleCons:
Antenna was unscrewed and couldn't find for 4 days. Oil change wasn't done 1000 miles prior to me renting and still not done even after I turned in car because check engine light went on. Said car wasn't damaged when it was.Budget

The vehicle fit our needs nicely. It was in good condition, and everything worked just fine. It was delivered clean and with a full tank of gas. Pick-up and drop off were efficiently handled. The price was reasonable.Cons:
