breakfast!! We had a bunch of hair in one of our beds , it looked clean, but we weren't taking any chances. It was the same persons long black hair all over the inside of the comforter like it hadn't been cleaned...

I loved the location and the fact that there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Noisy neighbors, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful Neighboring guests were very loud in the hallways

I liked the fact that it had a pool and a jacuzzi available for use. I liked that it had a pool and jacuzzi however there was not enough ventilation in that area. As soon as you walked in all you smelled was chlorine and our eyes were burning without even putting it head under water.

Good breakfast and location , Hotel is recently renovated and was clean

This place just sums up New Hampshire: beautiful (especially the abundance of flowers), friendly and offering lots of options. This is not a place for people who want ultra-modern furniture and amenities, but I'm pretty snotty and enjoyed myself immensely.

The location seemed very serene and restful, which after a long day of driving was a welcome feeling. The windows in the room were large and they opened!! Unusual for a hotel.Great hot breakfast, lots of choices. All the staff was friendly and attentive. The particular room that I stayed in was in a noisy location, just down the hall from the kitchen. I turned on the bathroom fan to block out the noise. Also no place to plug in my phone charger near the bed, I moved the mattress back to access the outlet

I loved the location-walking distance to a charming little village that was draped in twinkle lights, a gazebo, nice restaurants/shops, and a fire pit. Also, there were fireworks on Saturday night that were lovely! Amazing staff. The room was noisy. I could hear a lot of noise coming from the hallway and the room above ours. The front desk was wonderful in accommodating us and let us move into a more quiet room. This was very helpful as I could not really relax with the noise

Location, resort is super clean, room very comfortable and breakfast were very good! We loved our stay at Jack O'Lantern! We highly recommend it! Nothing!

Great location, gorgeous views and friendly staff. Very easy checkin and checkout process. The breakfast buffet was awesome and the staff there were outstanding. Just a few minor upgrades and repairs would be nice. A few light fixtures were broken or missing parts and the TVs are very dated.
